The service is horrible. The employees are not friendly. My wife asked if they had corn beef and was told we don’t have that kind of food. Like it’s something weird. So now I asked for mayo and mustard. So the girl asked together or separated on each piece of bread, I replied yes please. Well that didn’t happen until I told them again. Now the African American female is upset clearly. After finishing my sandwich she then smashed it as hard as possible while cutting it. At this point I’m like whatever in my head because what’s the point of saying something, they won’t care anyways. Definitely won’t return here. Should have gone to baseline and 210 to get my sandwich. The only decent thing is at least it tasted okay.
As to your response. I did email you on the day this happened. 7 days later still no response to my email which I did give my phone number for you to call. So in my opinion you only say email you to look good on Google. Otherwise you would have contacted me.

A bit slow, but worth it. Kahana, which is the Philly cheese-steak with mushrooms and jalapeños added is great. I added the chipotle which was also good. I don’t think it’s advisable to eat the giant 18 inch ones, but you’ll want to, and I did.

I’m writing this review because it’s not the first time that the women who worked at this location are so rude, not saying hello or thank you and being so hostile with the customers, I definitely won’t be returning, I work driving all day and when I enter a business I know I’m a kind person, it’s frustrating that in return someone receives you so badly.

Sandwiches were good. But I didn’t get much drinks. So I called them up and was offered a refund.Great that’s $6.90 back. So I was called and was told no refunds, some technicalities. And couldn’t deliver neither. Worst customer service. No drinks with Great sandwiches

Sandwiches were good, but this location is terrible with the cookies. We’ve had the gluten frees subbed for the chocolate chip ordered. We’ve had 6 fresh baked cookies put in one container, which makes a big hot mess of cookie dough. Tonight, they just decided not to send any. Said they refunded. We shall see. Would have been better to get up and bring me the cookies I ordered…

We walked in as soon as they opened at 10am, we were greeted & welcomed with great attitude. Erica & Miranda treated us very well, they were patient & attentive! First time costumers at Jersey Mike’s & we loved our experience here! They prepared delicious sandwiches! Excellent costumer service

I went to this place on Saturday the 22nd. As soon as I walked in two customers were having a problem. I ordered my food and went to get my soda and the soda machine did not work properly. I asked the guy if he can fix it . He said he would tell the manager. The manager came out she was very disrespectful and rude. I told her that the soda sprayed on my clothes and shoes. I also mentioned that this seems to always happen with the soda machine. She told me that if i didn’t like it go to a different jersey mikes. She was loud and disrespectful. Two customers in line left without ordering food. I can’t believe how rude she was. I asked her for her name and she refused. I used to enjoy coming here but the last two years it has gone down hill. Most if the employees are lazy. They must be related or friends of the manager. Never been treated like this at any business before. The manager is awful. I enjoy jersey mikes but never this one. This manager is the worst. I will contact corporate.
