Just moved here and looking around for a coffee shop to do some of my writing and studying as I do ongoing education for pastors who have their D.Min and other advanced degrees. This is such an elegant coffee shop. Atmosphere is peaceful and cozy and someplace you feel like you could spend all day. Barista’s were wonderful and having fun laughing and genuinely friendly. Then on top of it there is a prayer wall in the back. Definitely will be spending many mornings here. Thank you to whoever owns this place. You have done a wonderful job and I will continue to support this local shop.

The visuals and drinks are nice, but where this place needs help, is service.

No “hello welcome in”, when walking in or “thank you” when handing me my latte.

Most local drink cafes taste pretty much the same, what separates them and where I ultimately choose to spend my money is customer service.

Thanks a Latte has truly become one of my happiest little places. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed with the kind of warmth and kindness that instantly makes you feel at home. Their customer service is genuinely the best! You’re treated like a friend, not just a customer.

And the coffee… absolutely top notch. Every cup tastes intentional, rich, and crafted with care. Their treats are just as amazing, the kind you end up thinking about hours later and want to go back tomorrow for more!! The southern belle is my favorite latte, but their chai has my heart! Truly the best!!

On top of that, the shop is filled with the *cutest*, most unique, chic, elevated gifts. It’s one of those rare places where you can grab your favorite drink and also pick up a perfect present for someone you love (or yourself!).

Truly a gem. If you haven’t stopped by yet, you’re missing out!

This is a great place to get a high quality coffee or tea at a reasonable price. The hot teas are especially wonderful. The cold brew was smooth, flavorful and easy to drink. My daughter loves the lattes. Hubby loves a plain black coffee and he’s never been disappointed. The baristas have always been kind and friendly. If you are looking for a nice coffee shop, I highly recommend Thanks A Latte.

I love this coffee shop. They have great drinks, delicious baked goods and the sweetest gifts – for someone on your list or for yourself!!! The staff is always friendly and in general it’s a great atmosphere to hang out in. The scones are so good! Southern Belle is my favorite drink!

I have always had an exceptional experience at this Thanks A Latte location. The baristas are always so accommodating and friendly and make the best London Fog hot tea drink with honey, vanilla and steamed cream. My definite go to! This store is managed very well and I look forward to going whenever I can!!

I’ve been going here for years and have been treated so kindly by all the staff every time. The coffee is always consistently great and is made in a timely matter. Even when it is busy the drinks get out super quickly. Amazing service!

Such a cute coffee shop with a great atmosphere! I ordered the blackberry cobbler latte, and it was delicious. My only feedback is about the service. As a first time visitor, I wasn’t greeted or guided on where to pick up my drink, which left me feeling a bit awkward. The cashier didn’t seem in the mood to be working and showed little customer service, a simple hello, thank you, or quick direction would have made the experience much more welcoming. Instead, she just stood behind the coffee makers watching me until I eventually realized I needed to move out of the cashier area. As soon as I moved, she walked back to the register to take the next order.
