Very busy and lively location on a Sunday evening, lots of families and groups of people gathering which is a nice change to the grab and go atmospheres of many places.
Unfortunately, the service is not overly personable with no acknowledgment while ordering – just punching in orders and talking to their coworkers. No eye contact, no hellos, no thank yous or any niceties. My order, a tea, was also made wrong

I ordered for pick up through the website, then I walked in after 10 minutes of ordering. I stood at the front for about 20 minutes with no help, everyone in line got served first, and when the line was finally gone I got my wrap, which was super small btw. During my wait the staff made eye contact with me multiple times, but never spoke to me.

never disappoints! I stopped by for a quick coffee and breakfast, and everything was spot on. The coffee was fresh and hot—just the way I like it. I grabbed pastries and they were delicious.
