I love this spot I live in the area the owners are really nice and have great customer service. I ordered from there 5 times and every time I order the food is smoking hot out of the plate just like I like it. The Chicken, Pork, and Ribs are all really, really, good(fantastic) so if you live in the area and have not taste this Jerk Barbecue from this place you are doing yourself a disservice! If you are not from here it’s a must stop!!!!

You gotta give good reviews where it’s deserved. I love this gem. Food straight off the grill, perfectly seasoned, even the spicy sauce is great. The customer service is good too. If you eat pork, try the jerk pork!

Listen, when I tell you to RUN to this place and order. If You want fresh well seasoned jerk chicken, oxtail, ribs goat meat and jerk pork you better come here. It’s authentic and delicious. This restaurant is so unprofessional. I called several times, 6 to be exact before I ordered to get information. They never answered the phone, so I just took a chance to order. They confirmed my order an hour ago and now all of a sudden they cancel it because they don’t have one of the items “lunch special’ that’s crazy. Why wouldn’t you contact me after making me wait for so long? I would’ve ordered something else cause I really needed the soup. Definitely not smart in business or customer service, it sad my kids were looking forward to trying this place.

I haven’t been to precious Jerk in 18 months. Decided to have some today. I wanted jerk pork. I was told it’ll be ready by 7 p.m. The cashier which is I believe Winston’s girlfriend..stated- they have Ribs that’s ready at the moment. So, I ordered Ribs with Rice and peas, and it comes with salad. The meal total price $27.32..WOW! The young lady told me it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. I set in my car and came back in 10 minutes. She looked at me and ignored me and gave a gentle behind me three water bottles. Then the people that was sitting at a table next to the Precious Jerk truck. She started to give them their food. So, I asked about my order. She cut my convertoff quick! I actually waited an extra 23 minutes. Just for food that wasn’t hot. What the lady(his girlfriend) didn’t know. I was coming to that food truck when Winston was parked in The West Park- Home Depot plaza. Well, she made it known..she Thanked the other people who she knew and said see you guys soon. But didn’t say it to me. Be mindful. I’m not sure if Winston still owns the food truck. I didn’t see him. But service has went down. For $ 27.32 for a Ribs meal with Rice and peas and Salad. I fed the stray animals. Need better customer service. No need for an attitude.

For a place that doesn’t have much never clientele or a line down the a major highway in front of Home Depot off Pembroke Road you should give or offer more food,rice and lettuce is still cheap so to bring in more clients let off the amount you give…you don’t even give a whole leg quarter in the tray and charge $11 for a lunch special a person can buy a whole bag of leg quarters for that price….will admit the favor on the jerk chicken and pork is okay but you barely give sauce or gravy,you already lost my business after 2 visits in that congested dirty area where you serve people.
