Really cute cafe at the main intersection in Westmoreland. It’s a family-run business and they have a TON of restaurant/diner experience under their belts. I got a chance to talk to them during their soft opening. Serves breakfast, lunch, and coffee. Features a traditional diner bar for a quick bite to eat or to take your time and sip your coffee slow. Also has a drive-thru option. My wife and I ordered the buffalo and chicken sandwiches. Both excellent. The homemade brownies were great, too. Looking forward to returning soon for breakfast and coffee. Excited to have a breakfast food/drink option in Westmoreland!

Waited over an hour for our food and the place was clearly disorganized. The food was okay at best, but not worth the wait. Pancakes were flat and overly dark. Overall, not a place I’d return to but still wish them the best & improvement.

Stopped for breakfast on Wednesday morning. Plenty of seating. Breakfast was good. Prices were reasonable. Love the atmosphere— very inviting.

I finally checked out Cream and Sugar Cafe for breakfast this morning.
The interior is super clean and absolutely adorable.
The menu had great options and the portions were generous. The coffee is AMAZING. Step aside typical cruddy diner coffee, this location offers hot or iced coffee along with different flavors.
Staff was super friendly and gives you that small town hospitality feel.
I’ll be back, frequently.
