The service was good, there were two nice girls at the checkout, they did everything I asked without any questions. But food… I don’t advise you to take a sandwich here, because it feels like all the products were old and had been lying around since yesterday morning. The taste was 3/10

First off, I eat subway protein bowls everyday if I can because im a truck driver.
Walked up to subway ordered a protein bowl with chicken. Now be advised that when you order a protein bowl you get two scoops of meat. When they ask if you want 1 scoop do not get 1 scoop because they will charge you for two. Workers need to know that there is not a 6inch portion for a protein bowl. It will always be 2 scoops.
Anyways, I ordered a bowl, im ready to pay and notice that I was getting charged for a Double Bowl. Which is 4 scoops of meat total. I only gotten two.
Man tried to argue with me and said hes worked there for two years and that I owed what he was charging me. Absolutely not. So he said okay ill talk with my manager and prove you wrong.
Found out he had no idea what the heck he was talking about and was in the wrong and not once could he apologize for being wrong. Couldn’t even look at me. Coward is what he his. Im sure hes over priced a lot of people. Be careful guys and make sure you get your receipt.

I went in there at 6:20pm (the open sign was on) and guy who was working it had his hair down and we went to order and he looked at me and my husband and said in a rude ton all we have are grab and gos. I’ve worked at a truck stop subway and this isn’t how no customer should be treated and if he isn’t willing to make food he should shut off the open sign.

Its was the Chester’s chicken first off lady who took order obviously bad attitude. I waited for strips and livers they never did the livers so it took almost 30 min to get food. Also as nice as I was trying to be older gentlemen with pony tail was just………..
I stop here often but the food always good the wait staff needs help

Service attendant with the name LINDA put Mustard dressing rather than Honey Mustard on my #15. No big deal misunderstanding happen but when i took my sandwich back she was annoyed but made a replacement. I took it to my table and opened and the replacement sandwich that Linda mase had been intentionally crushed and broken

They are always out of most items. I tried to order the sub of the day meal deal. But they were out of the item. So I asked what we could substitute for the 9.99 deal and guess what? Nothing! Also they were out of lettuce. So go to a different subway.

Subway food at this location is awful!!

I bought 2 sandwiches. I ate one for dinner, and it was somewhat edible… enough to get me some substance. The next day, I took out the second one from my fridge, and it smells like sour milk. I heated it up, and the bread is soggy and still stinks. I’m choking it down, hoping not to get food poisoning.

I have NEVER had a problem reheating subway in the past, but this sandwich did not turn out like past ones. I swear, the food from this location is undercooked, or something is seriously wrong with their breads and ingredients.

And NEVER has anyone put bacon on a sandwich i ordered BEFORE without cooking it in the microwave first. But this location, they put what looked like raw bacon on my sandwich and zapped it in the toaster. Thankfully, I didn’t get sick from it.

Also Subway, NOT EVERYONE LIKES THEIR SANDWICHES TOASTED!! What ever happened to asking the customer IF they want their sandwich toasted? I particularly don’t ask for toasted sandwiches for a personal reason!.

Lesson learned, I won’t ever return to this Subway again for their food. It’s just not the same!

Shane is a really great dude that deserves a raise! He was able to keep calm under pressure and still give good customer service. He did the best he could all while being severely understaffed and did amazing. He’s the best and makes a mean sandwich
