I placed an order online and mistakenly forgot to order marinara for my bread. I called to modify my order and was refused service twice. The first guy was an Indian guy attempting to say his name was “Gabriel”, the second was another Indian guy claiming to be “toni”. Gabriel said I had to call back an use ext 3. I called back an Toni said to use ext. 5. There is no extension. Trash service, do not order from them. I know I won’t be anymore.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! I barely even have a salad to eat because all of the lettuce was bad. First time my boyfriend tried to get us pizza from here the men were making the pizzas with their bear hands.. I tried to give them a second chance and just get a salad and this happens.. -10/-10 DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Italian Sandwich is not worth the price. Even paid extra $$ for extra dressing thinking I would have more than enough and all I got were 4 little packets. Not even enough to cover the sandwich. We get pizza from here frequently. Probably at least once every 2 weeks if not weekly. I also exclusively do carry out, so I can’t review delivery times. With all that said, our pizzas are always consistently pretty great. Sometimes, something may be a little off, but with the total amount of pizza we order, the overall quality is always very good.

This is the 4th time I have ordered from this location that something ends up missing. They use Door Dash to deliver and then blames them and of course Door Dash blames this location. Store has never done anything to reimburse me for product I did not receive. I wouldn’t use this location for quality or customer service. The other Livonia one is much better in both aspects.

Horrible the deliver the pizza to the wrong address last night I call to tell them the person answering is so what we won’t do anything. So now I have to clean up cause there driver does not know the difference between address 246 and 247 so just drops and runs didn’t even ring the bell. And Jordon on the phones was horrible.
Called the number in the reply they act all concerned and will get the information to the franchise owner but a week later nothing. What a joke of a company. Not even my order they messed up but lost me as a customer if this is how they value customers.

It was a busy night tonight being Halloween. They were super busy and it was clear they were behind. They still did great keeping their composure and apologizing to the customers. And my pizza was delicious! I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes longer. Great staff!
