First I ordered on the app and it charged me three times. I called the Jackson Georgia location. They told me that there was nothing they can do about it. It was 9:35pm when I called I asked if I can come up there and just pay for the pizza I knew that they closed at 10 o’clock, they told me that they don’t do any indoor orders after 9:40 PM, finally it goes through on the app before 10 PM. They deliver it at my house on my front door without telling me without ringing my doorbell or knocking on my door not sure how long it’s been sitting out there but it’s cold and it’s burnt, this is no way to do customer service. I’ve been dealing with Papa Johns most of my life. This was no way to treat customers, very poor management when it clearly says 10 PM they want to close the doors at 9:40 that is 100% laziness. That is one lazy manager , I will be contacting somebody and see if I can get a refund for this cold burnt nasty pizza , do better, I expect better from Papa Johns.

Another great pizza night from Papa John’s in Jackson. We love this place. Always make our order correctly. The Manager goes out of his way to make sure everything is always perfect for us. He even remembers my name. Thank you for being one of the few places we can trust to eat in Jackson. You will continue to have a customer in me. 5 stars all the way!!!!

Great Papa Johns always get my order correct and get it done super fast. I usually do takeout and I never have to wait by the time I get there my Pizzas are always done . Ordering from the app there is always good deals and you can make you order exactly to your liking on the app.
