Im a fast food restaurant manager myself and I ordered at about 2am on 12/16. I didn’t get their names. But there was a bigger African American guy, and an oriental guy. The only 2 working. Even though I ordered a decent amount of food and showed up about 2 minutes after I ordered, understanding id have to wait. The food turned out really good. Didn’t seem like it was rushed and put together. And they were very polite. Im impressed and expect my staff to be just like these gentlemen. Thank you whoever yall are!

They never update their item availability on third party delivery apps. Either keep your item availability up to date or get off the apps. It’s not hard to log into your vendor portal and 86 items. I understand unexpectedly running out of an item once in a while but multiple items multiple weeks in a row is entirely unacceptable.

Young girl at the food counter said she made my food but I didn’t receive it, nor was it at the mobile order counter. Guess she felt she didn’t have to remake it so she walked away and got on her phone? Eventually another worker remade my order but don’t get why she couldn’t remake it.
