There’s no way there is any espresso in this drink. They made it SO quick theres no way shots were pulled. Almost 7 dollars for milk! I only tried Dunkin because I moved and don’t have time to drive to Starbucks. I’ll have to just settle for my nespresso.

Went through the drive-thru around 9-10 pm for 2 iced chai lattes and the man taking my order thought we wanted french vanilla in it. We never said anything about french vanilla and even when i went inside he wanted to point fingers and blame my mother who was listing off what i told her to say. Again, she never said anything about french vanilla. He was extremely rude about fixing my drinks. Horrible experience. This place is not worth spending your money at.

Customer service was fine until we pulled up I paid with my phone and he grabbed it out of my hand without telling me that we had to have it in the building. Was not okay with that. Other than that food was solid, would come again.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a mobile order for pick up inside. My daughter went inside and stood at the to go area and was ignored for 5 minutes. She kept trying to get the employees attention but everyone ignored her. Our drinks weren’t even on the stand for us to just walk in and grab, they were placed behind it.

I’m so happy to have this location in the Cudahy School District area. Such a great convenience to have Dunkin and Baskin Robbins in one location. We were due for a nice ice cream shop in the area. The staff were very friendly and patient while we decided on which ice cream flavors we chose. They did not have the Dino ice cream scoop for kids so my little guy was a bit upset so he settled for the alien instead, they also have a unicorn option which is just a piece a chocolate placed on top of your scoop with sprinkles. The place was very clean including the bathroom. You are able to use the Dunkin app for ice cream and donuts, download it for great offers. I love that there is a drive through for the days I can’t get out of the car. Lots of options all in one donuts, muffins, coffee, smoothies, breakfast, ice cream and shakes, oh don’t forget the ice cream to go and ice cream cakes. Only suggestion is to get a cooler like other locations for milk OJ and apple juice for grab and go. We definitely will be back.

People were very rude, I was new to dunk’n doughnuts and needed some time to see the menu. I asked the person through the speaker for a minute and after being heard they immediately kept asking if I was ready every few seconds and was very impatient with customers in general. In front of me he was agressive handing items to the other customers and when giving merchandise he was snippy and short. I don’t feel comfortable returning to this location.

I was so excited when I saw it was open 24hrs as it was roughly 1am. I’m disabled, so it made me happy knowing I’d be able to go in and have a seat. Not many places are open late or all hours in this area and even less are accessible without a vehicle. There was only one person working it seemed but, I don’t think that can be an excuse for lack of cleanliness as there was no customers. I ordered a frozen coffee but wasn’t able to get one because ‘the machine is only a little frozen’ so, iced it is I guess. Also ordered an egg, cheese, and sausage bagel and hash browns. When I sat down I saw small light brown bugs on the table and in the napkins. The food was ready wildly fast however was greasy and didn’t taste right. The oil pan or wherever food is fried/cooked needs to be cleaned/changed. There was small burnt pieces of random all over the food. Then, while only being there for maybe 10 minutes at this point.. food nowhere near finished(even though I didn’t plan to), I was asked to leave. The worker said I have a minute to finish up but then I need to leave because they are closing. I was so confused and over the entire situation I just said okay and packed up and left the seating area I was in cleaner than it was when I arrived and went outside. I stopped to look at the hours posted on the door to see if there was something I was missing but it said open 24hrs everyday. I probably should have asked for a refund, at the least because overall this whole experience was nothing besides a disappointment and I wasted money. I feel like I should add that, I went by a different location a couple of days later hoping to have a better time at that one and even though it also said it was open 24hrs, it was closed, at like 2pm. Maybe, it’s been closed temporarily or something I’m not sure. (27th st a little N of Layton) Anyway, there’s that.. hopefully nobody else has or will have a story like this.

Dunkin’ Pumpkin Spice Coffee: I loathe the cold of late autumn & winter; however, the frigid temperatures do improve one of my favorite indulgences. That indulgence is a good cup of coffee. As much as I enjoy the caffeinated brew, a warm cup just isn’t as appealing on an 80 degree day in August. What is appealing is taking in a steaming mug of pumpkin spice coffee on a cool October morning while peacefully reading one of Mr. King’s masterpieces in my office. Thankfully Dunkin’s take on pumpkin spice coffee allows me to do just that. Opening the bag of grounds expels a forceful aroma of pumpkin spice. Once brewed the java is smooth and flavorful. Sipping it evokes thoughts of autumn, pumpkin farms, pumpkin pie, and of course Halloween. Dunkin’s coffee is a winner on its own but pairing it with a number of pumpkin flavored pastry products will really give your taste buds something to howl about this Halloween. The packaging is an eye-catching orange and the 2024 packaging depicts a mouthwatering slice of pumpkin pie (complete with whipped cream). If I find myself unable to sleep much this Halloween season it could be from all the scares or it could be from all of the delicious Dunkin’s pumpkin spice coffee I’ve consumed (or even scarier, it might be from all the sugar & candy!). I had a very unpleasant experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Cudahy. The guy at the drive-thru window was extremely rude when handing me my change, which was already short because he didn’t have enough change — but that’s not my problem as a customer. On top of that, he handed me my donut bag without even looking at me, practically tossing it between the window and my car, which was very disrespectful. To make matters worse, when I ate my French Cruller donut, it tasted terrible — plain, stale, and with no sugar at all. Overall, this was a really bad experience, both with the service and the food.

Don’t bother trying to order a different cheese on your sandwich because they will never once make it correctly. Once the worker at the drive thru actually noticed it was wrong but asked me if it mattered. This Dunkin’ is a bit of a mess.
