Just visited for the first time, and it was great. I got a couple breakfast sandwiches and a coffee to go – everything came out fast and delicious, and the barista was super friendly. Clean and bright space, easy WiFi setup, and plenty of good spots to sit and get some work done. What took me so long to try this place??

Stone soup not only has a great mission, but also a delicious cafe! I got the turkey BLT which had bread toasted to perfection, and a sauce that is what dreams are made of. I also treated myself to a banana cake with cream cheese frosting, which was heavenly. Very glad they opened this little gem in my neighborhood so I can work it into my regular lunch rotation!

$8 for a small vanilla latte is wild but it’s for a good cause so I didn’t mind as much, plus it was delicious!!! One of the best coffees I’ve had in Portland (and I’ve tried a lot).
