I never had a bad experience with dunkin. The staff is always so nice and friendly and welcoming. From the gentleman that handled my dozen donuts to the curly headed lady with the bright smile and the manager with the excellent customer service to the barista with the pink and blue in her hair serving up a perfectly crafted refresher and coffee drinks, it really has become one of my favorite spots. Lancaster needs to appreciate the people that serve them the best they can so we don’t run off a good business. People walk in to a smile and walk out with one.

With all the to go orders and drive through orders they are not staffed to handle inside orders. I waited in line for a very long time watching the employees filling drive through and online orders. This restaurant is severely understaffed. I’m a paying customer that left the restaurant because no one would take my order or even say will be with you shortly. The gentleman in front on me finally had his order taken, which was a regular coffee and then he was still waited when i decided to give up and leave. Just sad that the franchise owners or managers don’t put the same energy into people who actually come in with cash to place an order.

I purchased a sourdough toast egg and bacon sandwich. I usually love this sandwich but it is supposed to be toasted. And 4 little tiny pieces of fat, pure fat on the sandwich with only one of those having any inkling of bacon in it. Disgusting. If you don’t have bacon, don’t charge me for it. I don’t recommend this particular site. Other Dynk I ns have made this sandwich right.

I love coming here. I come a few times a week. I love the fact that they all know me LOL. Every employee I come across is always so nice. Considerate friendly and just downright amazing. They even recognize my car LOL. Makes me feel good when I go into the line and they say just pull up. N say my name. Thank you guys, I appreciate you all.

If I could give negative starts, I would give. One of the worst Dunkin I have ever seen. Employees have no common sense to wash hands after returning from the restroom. Extremely nasty. They were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Hope management will look into these.

I stop here a lot I only get French vanilla coffee I just got done telling the lady in the drive thru how my coffee was not good at all and tasted like water on Saturday. Went two days it’s was awesome, I stopped this morning and same thing no flavor at all tasted like straight water 4.00 coffee down the drain.

Customer service definitely needs improvement. I overheard the young lady who took my order talking mess after I placed my order. I guess she was frustrated that she actually had to…do her job. My sister and I had a few questions about syrup flavors and hot vs. cold coffee options. She thought she muted her headset but I heard her. I wish her the best in securing a job that she actually enjoys. And may the energy she put out today return to her abundantly.

Please remember to wash your hands after you scratch your head before you stir coffee. Yesterday it was witnessed an employees scratched his head full of hair.Then, proceeded to stir a cupful of coffee.It is on video.Please remember to teach sanitary to your employees. I called four other locations just to check to see what they would have done.And they each stated they would have washed their hands before proceeding to stir the coffee.
