I was sad to have the experience I had here. They do have gluten free buns. The service was great. The bacon artichoke dip left me wondering where the bacon was. I expect to have a taste of bacon and the hint of it was anything but impressive. The fries were truffle fries and they were ok. I have definitely had better locally. I ordered the pork confit and it was a little over cooked. No one I was with was really wowed for the price. The size of the enchiladas was hilarious. When my father in law saw the size of them he promptly finished off my mother in laws fries and half of my wife’s burger. Burger was mediocre as my wife and mother in law were not impressed. The drinks from the bar were great. They have the right guy behind the bar. Service was great. Came out quick.

This place doesn’t cease to amaze me with the quality of their food, the level of service, and the beautiful space is just the cherry on top. I have had their Mediterranean Wrap with house salad with balsamic and blue cheese dressing, and their lunch special: Tuscan Chicken Sandwich with tomato basil soup. Both dishes were super delicious and I would recommend to anyone.

Restaurant Week at the Corkhouse was amazing! The brussel sprouts (not pictured) paired well with their aioli sauce (ask for it separately).

The food was edible. The service was lacking some basics. And it wasn’t very clean. Poor quality control

Solid spot for lunch in Liberty Lake. Not a huge variety on the menu but the wraps + sweet potato fries are delicious!

Found this spot during restaurant week. So happy it came up.
Every dish was absolutely delicious. The steak was very high quality cut, the salmon was cooked to perfection. The duck was the best we’ve ever had.
The service was friendly, helpful and prompt.
Prices were decent as the food quality was excellent.
Great drink options as well.
We will be back, every city has it’s hidden secrets. I’ve been looking for a gem in liberty lake that has a standout dining experience, and I’m happy to say I’ve found it.
Thank you Cork House!

Food quality has gone WAY down hill with the new ownership and chef.. We used to eat here 3-4 times / mo consistently. The weight staff remembers us. But after the brought in a new chef, and changing their ingredients, what made this place worth the money, no longer does. We can’t make it out of here under $125 (and closer to $175 in many cases). And That’s fine, if the food was up to par. But it no longer is, and we now avoid this place.
If I owned this place, I’d eat my food costs, and bring back the quality items that allowed this place to originally shine. I’d also bring in a cook that could create his own menu items, and not try to live in the shadows behind the old cook. I’d then consider my pricing model accordingly…
There’s too many other local places near by (like Hay J’s), that bring more for the money, consistently. I liked this place more for the ambiance, outdoor seating, and amazing weight staff, but cannot / will not continue to pay (and be overcharged for) for sub par food.
I hope the new ownership is listening here…

I had the best experience here! Gabrielle was my server and she was awesome. Super polite and was great with my special food requests. I am gluten free and I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap (which isn’t even on their menu) and she was awesome about changing up my tortilla and making sure everything was perfect. I also asked for extra croutons and they came within 30 seconds no problem. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everybody. Jordan, another server there, is awesome too!!

Sat at the bar. Good food. Good wine selections and the wait staff is friendly. Met the owner Carrie and she was a great conversation. There is a shot/drink called the Jordan….do it! Would highly recommend if in the Liberty Lake or Spokane Valley!
