I was getting ready to head to the library to get some focus time in and decided to swing by Dunkin’ beforehand to get the Megan’s Mango drink. This is my second time getting the drink and I do not regret it. For a nice hot day it was so refreshing and just what I needed at the perfect price point. I got to drink it outside while people watching.

Terrible service. The young man behind the counter had the WORST ATTITUDE.
I came in and before I can even ask anything he blurted out, “that’s all we have”. Meaning there were barely any donuts in the early afternoon. I then asked another question and he was annoyed with my presence.
How does a donut shop have not have donuts?
Had he been polite, I honestly would’ve not cared. But his bad attitude was unacceptable and management should be aware of his behavior. Won’t be returning.

The service at this location is extremely disappointing. It seems like the young man working at the counter hate his job, and the overall organization of the place feels chaotic.
The product availability is also very poor, with several items missing or missplaced. Definitely not the quality you would expect from a Dunkin’ Donuts.

Walked in and there was only one customer aside from me inside. There were at least three workers. I stood in front of the register for 4+minutes and nobody acknowledged I was there waiting to order. They looked at me but said nothing. Finally I said “hello” and a person came from the back to take my order. The bagel was chewy and not sliced properly as well the egg on my sandwich smelled funny. Only good thing was that I ordered a drink and sandwich and it came to $9+ and the young lady recommended I add hash browns to take advantage of the $6 meal deal. Other than that I’m glad this isn’t my local dunkin! Was in the area and needed something quick .
