Amazing experience at Taste of Korea BBQ! The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful with a very nice atmosphere. Everything felt clean, stylish, and welcoming.
We ordered the kimchi soup and fried rice, and both were incredibly delicious. The flavors were rich and authentic, and all the side dishes were also really tasty – they perfectly complemented the meal.
The service was the best. Dana and Ari took such great care of us. She was very professional, attentive, and incredibly sweet, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

We took a chance on this place after finding it on Google Maps—it’s highly rated, and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent—Joseph assisted us and was very attentive, offering great suggestions. Their selection of banchan is impressive, with a wide variety to choose from. The meats are premium quality—tender and very flavorful. We also tried the army stew, which was fantastic. It’s not easy to find Korean restaurants that offer it. We will definitely be back to try other dish on the menu and highly recommend this place.

This is hands down the best Korean BBQ that I ever had in Chinatown. The meat is high quality, tender. Stan who is our server is amazing at his job explaining the menu and he make our food ready every single time. The service is AMAZING.

When I was in Vietnam, I could easily enjoy stir fried beef intestines because I lived near Korea town. After moving here, I hadn’t been able to find it for such a long time. Today I randomly searched for a Korean restaurant on Google, saw a picture of beef intestines plate in the review photos , and instantly wanted to try it.
I honestly thought I was just trying somewhere new, but I didn’t expect to finally find the place I’ve been missing all this time .
The food was so delicious and comforting — it really made me happy. But what made the experience even better was the service. The staff were so kind and attentive, checking in every few minutes to see if we needed anything. The manager greeted us with a warm smile when we arrived and again when we left, which made us feel truly welcome.
I even tried to think of something to rate it 4⭐️ instead of 5 ⭐️but I really couldn’t So for now, it’s a well-deserved 5/5⭐️.

We had THE BEST experience at Taste of Korea BBQ! My group is a huge fan of Korean barbecue, so we’ve tried many spots around town. This ranks pretty high up on my list for a few reasons:
1) Stan was an amazing server – so sweet and patient, and he cooked our meats really well!
2) the amount of side dishes they provided us was insane, I’ve never seen this many banchans at a kbbq spot!!
3) the meats are fresh and so so delicious
4) ambience and decor is stylish with a cute nautical theme. Even the bathrooms are nautical themed!
5) they even gave us cute mugs as part of an ongoing promotion!
We will definitely be back soon. Thank you Stan for making our experience so wonderful!

We finally found a spot in Houston that tastes truly authentic. Everything we tried was on point, and the flavors felt like the real deal.
And the best part: the beef intestine. We used to have to go all the way to Dallas whenever we wanted good beef intestine, but now we can get it right here in HTX. Definitely coming back.

I came here during lunch just to try it out. To my surprise it turned out one of my favorite korean bbq spot in Houston. The meat has a very high-quality compared to the other places that I’ve been to the service are amazing. They are a lot of authentic Korean barbecue side dishes. We order a meat combo, the cut are very thick and we couldn’t finish everything that we had to take a lot home. Overall, my experience has been very good and I will definitely come back again

First time being at such an awesome Korean place in Houston. I love spicy but not the unhealthy, chemical kind — they use natural spicy ingredients. Super crispy rice seafood pancakes, perfect with drinks. And the restroom is clean and fancy. Love this place!

All of the staff here are so nice from the moment you stepped in until you leave the restaurant, they even willing to stand there and cook for you. Me and my family started off with the corn cheese, tteokbokki, chicken skewers, and fried chicken, they were all good except for the tteokbokki, the sauce needs a little more work. The steamed egg was also ok. We ordered the mixed premium set large and ngl it was a big portion still for 7 people, the meat quality was good. The set also comes with a soup. Now my favorite was the gopchang because the fatty from the large intestine was so good. And yes it is true, they do give you a lot of banchan and also refill them for you, too. Now I gotta go back and try the other dishes as well.

Awesome decor , especially at night. Food was outstanding , notably the proteins , very high quality. The seafood selection is probably the best in Houston compared to other K restaurants. Seating and parking is plenty , but be mindful during peak hours, as all the proteins are sliced to order. The manager and staff are super nice, always checking on you and keeping your drinks topped off. You will not leave here hungry or thirsty. Our new go to for AYCE.
