First time and last time sadly. Chicken was dry and flavorless. Mac and cheese tasted like craft Mac and cheese. Bread not being toasted from a restaurant is different for me, not a fan. Workers were great!

Came in for the first time cuz I was doing shopping nearby and wanted to treat myself. Staff was accommodating and tried to recommend stuff. Very knowledgeable and insisting they homemade all their sauces.
First, hangry sauce is literally yum yum sauce. Not a big deal I just thought with their logos and color themes that the sauce was gonna be chili related or you know something more than your standard mayo and garlic/onion powder and sugar flavor.
Second, paid for honey mustard sauce and didn’t get it so I had to drive back to get it. Their homemade honey mustard is really unappealing to me. Super sweet and has the weirdest after taste. Like the scent of a sweet perfume or candy. Never had honey mustard that tasted anything like that before.
Third, I believe they prioritize online orders over walk-ins like the other reviewers said.

We just dine here, we ordered the rice toping chicken with soy garlic sauce. They literally just drizzled soy sauce on the chicken and rice to be mentioned that all the food came cold. The only warm was the fries. The lady who served it said she’s by herself. The chicken wrap was cold as well, specially the chicken inside of the wrap. The chicken fingers was to dry and over cooked but it didn’t came up warm it was cold as well. The milktea was just straight up milk with too much sugar on it, can’t even taste the tea. The milkshake was mid, nothing special on it. I feel sorry for the lady working by herself doing the front and back of the house work. Probably the worst restaurant we’ve ever been.

Chicken was VERY good. Waffle fries were good. Rice was very old and extremely hard, ended up just eating the chicken out of it. Extra sauces are $1/ each and they are filled less than 1/2 way. Coleslaw was not my favorite. Front door was propped all the way open, had to combat flies the whole meal. The chicken itself is worth the trip. Price point is on par with just about every other place.

Bad experience, it took a long time on the food then when it came out the Food was Cold. I got the #1 it was ok chicken was cool and not a lot of fries. Wife got wings it didn’t have ranch, Mac and Cheese instead of fries, Mac was Cold. The couple we came with had to take their Wings back because they were cold. No leadership in the restaurant. The kids working the counter were nice but Fountain drinks had no carbonation and ICE machines didn’t work. Had to get ice from the front counter.
Had a strawberry shake it was good and got Funnel cake fries that were good they forgot the sauce with that. Also the ranch was very milky.

This place is WAY overpriced for what you get. We spent $24 on some boneless wings ONLY with no side and the 6 soft “Korean Nuggets” were with some rice ONLY. I’m saying NO DRINK and NO SIDES with either. Price? $25….AND the boneless wings looked disgusting The lady at the front argued with me at first about my refund, but I finally got my money back. I showed her the wings and she said yeah that doesn’t look good. Didn’t even EAT dinner because what I did try was not good and just aggravated me so much, it diminished my appetite. You can not sell EXPENSIVE fast food that doesn’t look good OR taste good. And as I read more reviews on here, seems like everyone is having the SAME issues. Here is a photo of our “Boneless Wings”…that were like $14. Would you eat that? They were not busy either. Had plenty of time to make the food great. But failed. left there to get Chik Fil large fry, 12 ct nuggets and large drink AND a medium lemonade for that $14. Some food for THOUGHT right there. And it was all great.

Came in not really knowing what to expect but were pleasantly impressed by the atmosphere, hospitality, 10 out of 10 service and food. The food is clearly made to order hot and fresh. Kim is an absolute blessing to this place. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for high quality chicken.

Minutes wait. They’re more interested in the DoorDash orders than people in the store. The owner did offer a credit for free food next time along with the refund

I absolutely love this place! The woman at the front desk was sooo sweet, very welcoming, patient, and funny! The food came quick, and every thing was hot and fresh. The hangry sauce is delicious. The place was clean and well kept. My favorite part is they have games there to play while you wait or while you eat. I think I found my new favorite food spot. I should have taken a picture of my food, but don’t worry I’ll get another one because I’ll be back!!!

I got the chicken sliders just to try the Angry spice level (the “hottest”). The website says you have to sign a waiver to order. That was never required of me for some reason, but the flavor was a joke. Some good heat that kind of sneaks in but hardly any real flavor and definitely not enough heat to require a waiver. I’ve had much hotter flavors on Buffalos hot level sauces. If that was hot then Buffalos’ mango habanero should require a court order to eat. I don’t know if they gave me the wrong flavor or not, but it wasn’t what I expected.
