The pupusas here are mediocre at best. They are relatively affordable though considering the average price for pupusas lately. More. Danielle B.05/26/25.

The food is okay. The regular masa is better the rice masa. The Rice masa pupusa felt as if it didnt have any filling and was more like a flat bread that was super chewey. I asked for chicharron with cheese, and I asked for lorroco to be added since their chicharron and cheese option doesn’t have lorroco in it. The lady kind of gave me attitude when I asked if they coul add lorroco. She made it seem as if it was a big request that had to be approved by a manager. The ensalada (drink) was good. I wish it had passionfruit in it. Its the closest pupuseria near me and I was really craving them. The one pupusamade up for the entire meal. The $4.75 price for harina de arroz is not worth it. $4.50 for regular pupusa seems kind of steep, but it has been a while since I have eaten at a restaurant so I’m assuming that’s the going rate now.

Empanadas are okay, I’ve had them in the past. Thryre not too sweet, the filling is kind of bland, I didnt really get a flavor to it.

The curtido is good, the salsa was too watery for my liking, but had a good taste.

They have quarter machines for the kids to get little toys. And a lot of the stuff you see on the wall is for sale.

I ordered a few pupusas- chicharon & cheese and cheese. I ordered over the phone and it seems like they started preparing them until I got there. I waited about 20 minutes extra. The food gave me really bad gas probably due to the excessive grease. I don’t plan on eating there anymore. First and last time. Place was practically empty inside with only 1 table occupied.

This is my usual go to spot for pupusas however, this time around I had a very bad experience and will not return! I usually order take-out but yesterday we dined-in. I ordered a breakfast plate and the “casamiento” was so gross! It taste like fish, I think they cooked it with the same oil. In addition, the waitress “Maria” was horrible, she was rude, inpatient and passive aggressive. She brought our pupusas to the table and never brought curtido or salsa. I had such a bad experience with service and food. It was horrible! If I could give it a negative -1 I would, I would say the service was the worst!! DO NOT get the casamiento, yuk!!!

2nd time trying this restaurant and the “pupusas” are the star of the show. the Revueltas “mixed” ones are the best. you have 2 options

1. cheese with loroco (pickled veggie mix)
2. cheese with chicharron

the restaurant lighting is a bit off pretty dark in there. my order took a while to come out.
but over all service was good.

try the horchata 100%

They make their pupusas to order, not premade and reheated like some other places. Tamales are ok. I really love their Fresco de Tamarindo. The Fresco de Ensalada is ok here.

Lawd hab mercy these pupusas & platanos con crema were so good I would have left 5 stars, if the 4 kinds of pupusas that I got were separated. I couldn’t tell which was which for my family, BUT this won’t keep me from going back. I had been craving authentic Salvadorian food and this right here is it. Thanks to my coworker for telling me about it!

The attitude of the employees is rude, but I love their pupusas, I order a Morenita, 2 small pupusas, casados (black beans and rice) fried plantains and a couple of delicious fried (don’t know the name for it) of what looks like a small samosa, but far more delicious. Took some extra pupusas home with all the fixings to keep enjoying over the weekend
