I will preface by saying that I’m already a big fan of Shake Shack.
I’m not familiar with the area, but this location is quite busy (especially on the weekend when we visited).
I ordered the Veggie Shack, french fries, and a seasonal drink. (The mango passion lemonade) The food didn’t take too long to come out and it was hot and fresh when they brought it to our table.
Service here is great and the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the restrooms were trashed when I visited. They were very busy like I said, so maybe the staff hadn’t had a chance to attend to them.
My overall experience was great, outside of the restrooms. I would definitely recommend stopping by and trying it out for yourself!

One of the weirdest and worst experiences I’ve ever had at a food place. I ordered a grilled cheese and fries on their mobile app. I sat down in the cafe with my order and opened it up to find bread with two cold uncooked pieces of cheese in the middle.
I went up to the register and kindly asked if I could have it remade because the cheese was not melted. The employee looked at me as if I was crazy and asked again for clarification. I said, the cheese isn’t melted? Can I have the cheese melted. She said “you want the cheese melted??” Again like if this was impossible to understand and I said “Yes. I ordered a grilled cheese.”
Their whole kitchen is open and when she told the people cooking that I wanted it remade and I wanted the cheese melted they also reacted confused.
I waited for a new one patiently and they handed me an incredibly burnt sandwich. As if they just tried to smash the bread on the grill for extra long to get the cheese warm.
Considering I had to go back to work I didn’t even have time to argue or complain more.
Absolutely wasted my money. You shouldn’t have a grilled cheese on your menu if you don’t even know what one is. Which how do you NOT understand what one is supposed to look like?????
I was a supervisor in food in beverage for 4 years. No one ever apologized to me, and I can’t believe they sent food out of the kitchen that undercooked and then that overcooked.
Like if you can’t nail cheese toasted on bread what are you doing at this job?

When the chicken sandwich is better than the burger on a burger joint something is wrong. Starting with the presentation, the burger is wrapped and smashed on a small envelope, the bun is very fragile and the whole burger falls apart when I had the first bite. The bacon was not premium and their sauce rated like mayo. The only plus was the beef, it was great and cooked perfectly. Lettuce was fresh, pickles were missing bitterness and only one tiny tomato slice. For the price the burger should include fries and a drink. The milkshake was a disappointment. Service and atmosphere was excellent.

We swung by Shake Shack for dinner and honestly? They ate. Everything was fresh, hot, and stupid-delicious. The burgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and don’t even get me started on the shakes — literal danger in a cup because now I’m addicted.
Service was fast, the food was on point, and the whole meal just hit the spot. Zero complaints. We’ll definitely be back… probably sooner than we should.

I just ordered this from GrubHub and it got here 10 minutes early no problem with them. I ordered an avocado & bacon, burger, fries, and a grilled cheese sandwich. It’s getting two stars because the fries were good. I can’t even tell you what a joke the grilled cheese sandwich was. I paid at least $6.50 for it and it arrived, smashed (though in a giant container that would’ve accommodated it not being smashed), burned and super dry. It was so gross. There is some kind of a wax paper around it that was stuck to it so I had to shave it off the grilled cheese sandwich.
At that point, I decided I wasn’t going to eat it. I pretty much only leave reviews when I can give somebody five stars, but this was disgusting. I was so excited to go to the famous Shake Shack. Now I will never set foot in there again. I had to make a grilled cheese sandwich at home with keto bread just because I needed something to give that person. The food quality was poor. The French fries and onion rings smelled of old oil. When we opened the order we saw that burgers were stale. One of the burgers had been bitten into by someone!!! And look at the lettuce that was in there. It’s awful.
