Hatake is definitely a hidden gem! There is a window when you walk in and you order your food and drink there. I ordered the kaisen don and chose to dine in for dinner. The fish was fresh, and the sushi rice was delicious! I truly enjoyed my meal. The menu prices are fair. The atmosphere was quiet with some music playing in the background. The dining area is intimate which was perfect for my solo date! I would definitely come back to try the hot food options. If you’re debating on dining here this is your sign to try Hatake!

This place is truly a hidden gem! Great food, well priced, and a quiet atmosphere. While it’s been quite a few years since I’ve been to Japan, it was quite reminiscent of any restaurant you’d find down a random alley in Kyoto or somewhere like that. Absolutely worth checking out!

This Japanese restaurant is amazing! The salmon sashimi was incredibly fresh and melt-in-your-mouth, and the sushi was beautifully presented. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the dining experience was perfect. The ambiance is calm and elegant, perfect for an intimate gathering. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!
