Paid extra for double meat. When I got home, there wasn’t any double meat. Reached out to Subway, and the manager didn’t even apologize in their email. Just said he would let the team know and looks forward to seeing me again.
Next visit was purely out of convenience. Ordered a footlong breakfast sandwich that, to no surprise, was short on eggs. Two eggs per six inches means four eggs on a foot long. They either failed kindergarten math or love to rip off their customers. Or both.
Officially lost my business. This manager has a condescending demeanor. He can probably keep his job hiding behind the brand name subway. It’s despicable.
Also worth noting… This place has a D+ rating by the BBB. Buy at your own risk. This place is trash. Absolute waste of your time and money. Don’t let the (probably fake) positive reviews fool you. Locals have told me, unfortunately after the fact, you should NEVER go to this location. Go to the one a mile away downtown.

I am here with 10000 organ transplant people. There was one person working picking cheese on tiny piece at a time. 6 people in line. Finally the wife or woman gets up of her chair to help. 35 minutes later my time to order. Both people acted like I was bothering them.

Great family owned local subway that I eat at 2 to 3 times a week when I am here on business. All your favorite subs, hot or cold salads and the new Doritos foot-long nachos was really good today. Staff is always polite and friendly, and the family owners are always there helping as well when it gets busy. Please be aware it does get busy because it’s by the convention center and has heavy traffic during lunch hours, think of this when looking at the reviews.

I ordered a pick up order and they tried to give me a unrefrigerated 4 hour old sandwich after I repeatedly asked could they make me another nicely trying to give back the other. While she knowingly knew it was 4 hours old. Which is not edible and dangerous to eat and can make someone extremely sick. Originally I ordered a pick up order at 1:30 tried to cancel it many times but no one picked up the phone like they were supposed to. So I came when I got off work at 5:30. She seen the time. I politely explained that I attempted to cancel many times but no one was there and I was at work. (My app glitched and made the order there) and that the sandwich has been out for 4 hours. She said she knows and still kept trying to give me the sandwich I explained it could get me easily sick and that something being out for 2 hours unrefrigerated is dangerous. And that I already paid. She said no when I asked for her to make a new sandwich and also cut me off many times. And said she could heat it up but no. (That wasn’t my problem) Then I said it would literally cost you nothing to make it and the she said she isn’t going to do it because it would cost the store more money. (Sandwiches are disposed of all the time if necessary) . I also ask for an manager she said he will be gone for a hour so I just left. Smh. She was short, and also skinnier with black hair and Indian to describe her if the manager or owner sees this and it happened May 5th 2025 at around 5:30 pm or a little after.

Terrible. Waited over 45 minutes to order a sub and pay for it. Inexcusably slow, 1 person working, 3 different soda options were out, only 1 cookie option. I could go on. Not very busy just pathetic service. Not worth your time or money.

One of the worst run Subways I have ever been to, the guy working there is rude and doesn’t not know how the system works. Tried to add an extra meat and he was trying to tell me I had to buy a whole different sub that would of took my price from 9.99 to 16.99, every subway has an option for extra meat he was just trying to make money and force other options for his profit. I would eat somewhere else if you are thinking about it.

So the food was withered and NOT fresh. The employee was not rude, but not helpful. He grunted and pointed at things like the bread choice and veggie choices. I don’t care that he doesn’t speak fluent English, but at least some words would be nice. Thankfully, I was able to check myself out. I love working for billion dollar companies. No offense to the gentleman working. He seemed to be a nice guy. I spent over 20 bucks for a sandwich! I will not be going back anytime soon. I wouldn’t have eaten there if I had some other choices close by to where I was. Didn’t have time to go somewhere else.

This is the worst example of a Subway I have ever visited. The people who work there were rude and do not understand the concept of time management. One of the employees was not using gloves and was sneezing (not covering mouth) on the counter. They were bringing in loaves of bread from OUTSIDE the restaurant uncovered in a bucket! I cannot comprehend how corporate would allow their name to be dragged through the mud in such a busy area. P.S. would have sent the complaint to corporate, but their complaint website does not work…
