I ordered this one through food service! I haven’t had Firehouse in a good while I decided to order the new zesty garlic sub with the hot spicy sauce was good! And the steak and cheese sub both subs was delicious and I appreciate The Firehouse crew of carefully protecting food items when delivery service are involved. No complaints. Went here for lunch. There were only three customers in the store when we walked in and by the time we went to order we were the only people in there. We waited thirty minutes in total for our food. We waited at the counter to be helped, and we were the only people in line, and we waited about ten minutes for someone to take our order DESPITE there being three workers. The worker who took our order stopped in the middle of our order to talk to someone who walked i and text on his phone. Then we proceeded to wait about twenty minutes for two sandwiches to get done. The sandwiches were okay, but one of them had like several handfuls of jalapeños, which we had to remove since it was way too much. Also, their drink machine was mostly out of syrup so drink options were limited. One sandwich was delicious and the restrooms were fine, not clean but not dirty either. For thirty minutes, i would rather go to a sit down restaurant and i recommend the same to anyone wanting food from here.

We were very pleased with our experience at this Firehouse Subs. The staff greeted us when we entered and took our order. It was a bit slow even though there was only one other customer but we were in no hurry. The restrooms were very clean along with the tables. We would visit again but we were just visiting St. Louis.

First I walking to the establishment. The vibe was completely off. I waited 15 minutes before someone took my order and the person that was making my sandwich had open wounds and Band-Aids that were not covered and didn’t wear gloves as he wiped his nose. OK, wait wait wait wait as well as they never follow your customization. I will make sure to tell all my friends never to eat at this restaurant. They should be shut down.

The brand may be known for their delicious, hot subs, but this location’s crew is cold. The staff was so unwelcoming, I didn’t even know if they noticed me walking in – until they cussed out the customer after me. I also didn’t see any hairnets or gloves, which was alarming too!
