Came in during my lunch ordered a #1 no onions no smash sauce regular fries a drink and a fritos chillie cheese wrapp… first they sent out an order with tots and a grilled cheese …when I hit the button again and let them know I might have gotten the wrong order a girl came out took my bag walked back inside and brought out my order after 5 minutes…..I though everything was fine but this is the burger I got even after they “fixed” my order to top it off my drink had exactly 4 gulps of liquid in it and the rest was ice

Ordered a Large Cherry Dr. Pepper- light ice. When the drink came out it looked like sprite with cherry. I don’t know if the Dr. Pepper syrup was out or what but it was straight carbonation with cherry. Politely asked the lady if we could please have the Dr. Pepper redone with actual Dr. Pepper as this one was just straight carbonation. They brought back a “Dr. Pepper” that was the same carbonated drink and they had just dumped a ton of cherry syrup in it to make it look darker I guess? Ridiculous and frustrating.

I think I finally found a Sonic worth going to. They actually made my food good and quick and not sloppy at all like most other fast food places these days. The carhop/waitress was very nice and sociable. I heard that they keep their work area very clean as compared to most places these days. This isn’t a guarantee, but my food was literally put in maybe 3 minutes. I loved Sonic as a kid and up until this point it’s always put a bad taste in my mouth. Will have to come back here when I visit Sonic lol!
Ps. My food was 15.20 after tax, but they are newly featured products and I upsized their new lemonade drink

The only reason I’ve been giving it four stars is because they take forever to get to you. It seems like especially early in the morning, but I do want to give them five stars for Jackie. Ordering area and stalls should be maintained better. A few months ago there was a woman who cleaned all the spiders and webs from all the ordering stations & swept the parking lot-It looked fabulous!! It’s getting grimy again:( bring her back!!!

I honestly don’t know how bad to feel. I got a blast, and there’s some kind of broken scoop in it, im feelinglots of negative emotions and i feel really sick, i don’t think im ever going back. Update that message from them about “sorry for this contact here to fix” the number is fake and the website is there normal site to see the menu and order
