I lowered it to one star because of their response. They keep redirecting me, now telling me to go send another email. I have sent three messages now. You find the message and deal with it if you want. I am sure I am talking to AI but that sums up part of the problem at this point. DO BETTER SMOOTHIE KING
I had an issue with the store. I message them on FB and it told me I had to send an email. Usually I would have just given up. But, I sent the email. I knew if they didn’t correct this issue, others would have it and just not go again. That is not great for our local businesses so I kept on trying. After that email, I get another auto type reply that was suppose to be “real” but you could tell they didn’t read the email. So, at this point I am just going to tell Smoothie King to DO BETTER! I see you investing heavily in your app and marketing to get and keep customers but then poor training is making it not work. I tried to contact them to resolve before I left a less than 5 star review. Maybe they will look back at my email and work to fix the issue.

Went twice to try the avocado toast, and the person at the window said they were out. Went the next day, and they said avocados were frozen. Why advertise when you don’t won’t to make them.

I’ve gone to this location many times but never inside only drive thru. Poor customer service at window. There’s no good morning or thank you. And I have to always ask for napkins. Young people need a courtesy course

I came here twice when I first moved to Clinton two years ago the smoothies at this location are always watery no taste never how I order. I’ve had to drive to Ridgeland location to get the smoothie with proper taste.. I decided to come back after stopping from going there 2 years ago to give another shot. Yet to again have a nasty watery smoothie that doesn’t taste how it should. Please train employees to make the drinks properly especially for the price they’re going for.

The smoothie King in Clinton, Mississippi is totally inconsistent when it comes to making their smoothies. I’ve been on a mission to lose weight total so far is 37 pounds. I go to smoothie King 3 to 4 times a week,. I don’’ t get the same taste in the same smoothie that I order. The employees. smoke behind the building one day I saw 1 hiding something behind a barrel behind the building, you can guess what she might’ve been hiding. Tried to call corporate and find out about who owned it and let the owner know exactly what was going . He. does not have any quality employees there at all. Also, you never know if the blenders are off-line and can’t make smoothies. I have gone to other Metro SK and the quality was excellent.

Wonderful , wonderful exceptional service. I really appreciate Damonte !! Wonderful customer service !! The first time , in a LOONNGGG TIME , that I FELT LIKE A CUSTOMER HERE and not just a rushed patron.
