Update: Response of the owner. They too are unwilling to see clearly and take care of their customers. The response shows you that they are a failing establishment unfortunately. I wouldn’t be surprised if the owner was the very person that called me a liar on the phone when I told him that we ordered pineapple and the little girl lied. This is the end of the update to their response.
We came in and ordered a pineapple pizza very clear that we wanted pineapple. We didn’t get pineapple of course when we got home. When we called back the girl lies and said we didn’t even ask for pineapple. What a shame. We made it very clear that all we wanted was one topping and it was pineapple and I asked you to specific prices she told me specifically with pineapple a large pizza cost this much I’m pretty pissed off that I’m home now with a cheese pizza that doesn’t have the pineapple that I ordered for my wife as a special thank you for her generosity and love towards me and here I am looking like an idiot because some kid wants to lie to her manager the young Spanish little girl. In the the manager of course is going to believe her. It’s a sad world we live in that we can’t even order a damn pizza and give the girl $5 tip in good faith only to get home to This Disaster now the manager won’t give us a new pizza unless we bring in the one that my 8-year-old me and my wife started eating from cuz we’re hungry. What a shameful disgusting place.

I was driving back from Tampa to Orlando and of course there was a backup on I-4 . So I decided to take a break and grab something to eat and drink. This little spot was right off the exit so I thought I would give it a try. The staff was super friendly and helpful with it being my first time. I was pleasantly surprised to really enjoy the pizza. The crust was fantastic, sauce to cheese ratio was perfect. The quality of the cheese really showed. The biggest surprise was the sausage that I added to the pie. They were cooked to a crisp and had a bite to them with a little kick of spice. They were the shining star of that dish. I ate half in the store and headed back to Orlando. Well the other half was gone before I got back to Orlando, I could not resist. Hahaha. I would definitely go back if ai was near a location again.

The lady who seemed like a manager took my order and was very pleasant. the food was just okay, too heavy handed with the salt but otherwise it was edible and not worth going to return it. you get what you pay for and the service was good

I have been to several different locations of hungry Howie’s Pizza. At this particular location the customer service was excellent, And the food was out quickly and hot. I would highly recommend this particular location even ordering online, over the phone, we’re going right up to the drive-thru.

Bought two separate orders from this place. Put no on the things I didn’t want added. They added everything I put no on, on two separate orders. Called an got told they can’t do anything about the problem an it wasn’t their fault. The order was placed through DoorDash and the way it comes over to their tablet and on their computer they was unsure how it was. So instead of reading the receipt which is clearly printed “NO” on, they just sent it with them items on it.

…rarely do I eat things like this, but. I was having a taste, for some 3-Cheeser Bread, so I headed to this Hungry Howies. I placed my order in the drive-thru with Kendall, who was an absolute bubble of sunshine, even with working on the Holiday! She was so patient with me, sweet, helpful, and thoughtful. Truly, people like this lady, make the world go ’round!! Kendall, you are AWESOME!!! I hope that Corporate sees this review, because you are AMAZING!!! Thank you again!!!❤️
