Dope ambiance, nice space with cool neon lighting, and friendly fun staff like Nicole, who kept the music going and provided great customer service. She’s an asset to this business and I hope the owners treat her like the queen she is. Great vibes, will return!

Poor customer service from waitress got my entire food order wrong had to keep trying to get her attention. The waitress was more concerned about entertaining the male customers instead of focusing on her money from customers in general. Music was super dope this was the only reason I even stayed that long. Owner was super pleasant change your bartender/ waitress she sucks

Food is average, service could be better. 1 bartender for the entire bar made service slow. The location is not the greatest either looks pretty sketchy but hey maybe because I am not into hookahs.

Walked in to an attitude. The bartender had no courtesy or manners and couldn’t offer us a seat at the empty bar. Her friends were saving seats for their friends so we took our fund$$ to PURE HOOKAH LOUNGE for a Great time with Great Great service

The hookah and music was good but the female waitress had an attitude that seemed as though she was annoyed with being a server at work. we order 2 chicken quesadillas and after an hour only one order came out the chicken wasn’t chicken, it was very dry and tasted like pork. when we asked her about it she rolled her eyes and said it’s chicken the second order came out 20 minutes after she finished her conversation with a male customer. We told her we didn’t want it anymore I don’t eat pork and with her bad attitude I couldn’t trust anything she said and everyone else who got their food was done that just tells you how long I had to wait for my food. I will say the guy manager or owner was very nice and calm he took both quesadillas off our bill.

First time here and fell in love with the atmosphere. Forgot the name of the waitress but she was very attentive, always made sure our hookah was lit. They have great deals during the week. $25 hookah Monday-Wednesday. They also have $10 pitchers of Long Island iced teas on Tuesdays and $6 margaritas on Wednesdays + more. Recommend, great lounge to try out.
