Different location but same people from another location slightly south of here.
I’ve gotten my subs from them multiple times, never had a bad experience, which is saying something as anymore it’s a luck of the draw. So many locations the operators are, on a word awful. Not these folks.

Quality was sub par. Meats and cheeses weren’t places right so they all bunched up at the fold. My husband asked for lettuce they didn’t put enough so he asked for more. So then they put way to much. The bread had a weird plastic-like texture. The soda machine was messed up. I went to get coke removed my cup and it just kept pouring every where. Thankfully there is a liquid catch try. Over all it was meh.

I have visited this place 4 times in the past week . Today my wife wanted me to go there to get the same order we got yesterday. The order came to 41.73 today when the same order was 25.28 yesterday the only difference was I got a 3 pack of cookies. I called up there and they said I gave a tip and that is why it was that price. I told them I didn’t authorize a tip at any point. After talking to the dude and feeling like I was scammed and the money took out extra was stolen. I will never come back to a Subway again. Its sad cuz I just starred going back to Subway after the peddo stuff with jared .

I ordered from them and got skimmed out of every thing I ordered. Barely any of any ingredients. It is like I paid for bred and nothing else. At the time of me writing this, I have yet to get a refund for any of it. Don’t go to this subway, go to the one at 373 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46142, those guys are awesome every time.

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FIARY DIARRHEA! This place is the rudest people I have ever met!!! The man sikay is the rudest man I have ever met!!! I am a paying customer and if I want extra sauce on the side and I want to pay for it then I suggest you be polite and give it to me. Their ingredients also looks pretty shabby. Rotten ham and rotten looking spinach. He told me no I couldn’t have sauce on the side cuz he put it on my sandwich. I will NEVER go here again! If I could give them a zero star I would!

Ordered before picking up from my phone. Once arrived I had no number they needed so had to use their phone to ring my daughter for the number needed and we were good to go from there. Food was exactly as ordered and staff was extremely helpful and friendly as well quick problem solved in my experience and I recommend the establishment to all craving a good sandwich and chips or even curve your weight if need be with their excellent salads

Wife and I went in around 20:45 tonight the sole employee was caught up in a phone conversation for about 3 minutes or so and once he got off seemed bothered that we interrupted him. Told him I wanted a club sub and when he reached for bacon, I said, “oh no bacon please”, his reply? In a tone you give a child when scolding, “Then it’s not a club! Why ask for club if you don’t do bacon?” I simply said, “Well whatever that is, that is what I want” pointing to the sandwich he’d made thus far.
I must say, if I were to judge the place on nothing but the sandwiches, I’d say these were the smallest I’ve ever seen. Judging based off character, worst employee I’ve dealt with. Overall? Stay the hell away from here.

I ordered from the subway mobile app kept the sandwiches basic asked for no tomatoes and toasted.
The sandwiches were delivered fast I opened to see none were toasted and they had tomatoes in them still and so much sauce it was leaking everywhere.
I attempted to call the location a gentleman answered I advised the sandwiches were made improperly he was polite and advised to bring them in and he would remake them both. As I am not able to come in for this right away I advised I would come with both sandwiches after 4pm as this was my lunch delivery and I have no time before being off work.
Now I will not get my deliver fee back or anything but keep in mind it was not the delivery guys fault and the shop is willing to fix this as well.
I appreciated the way the staff/owner/or gentleman handled my call with white glove service and respect and will order again for those reasons.
