We had the quesabirria, tacos: adobada, birria, and cabeza, and a hotdog. We have been in Tucson for almost 2 yrs now and have struggled to find good flavorful tacos…..we finally found them!!! By far the best flavor so far in Tucson that we have found. I could drink the consumè and all the meat had a wonderful flavor!!! We will be coming back

First off, I got a breakfast burrito and it was hands down one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. Juicy and delicious. And the hot sauce they brought out was fire!
The reason for 4 stars was the price and the noise. A single breakfast burrito was over $12. I know eggs are expensive these days but come on. For a food truck that seems way too pricey.
The other reason was the loud generator sitting right by the truck. You can easily build a sound proof box for very little money and make a much more pleasant experience.
Overall great food. Lower the price a bit and dampen the generator and you’ve got a 5 star experience.

The tacos de cabeza were really good. They offer you different sauces and the chilli oil was spicy but worth it. Their hand made tortillas were yummy as well.The service was very good super friendly and then even offer a hand washing station. Everything was very clean and pleasant. We will definitely be coming back
