The best thing I can say about this place is that it is always clean. Wait times are awful more times than not even when I’ve ordered online well in advance. Service got as good of a rating as they did from me due solely to one middle aged woman who is usually by herself and working hard to serve her growing line of customers. I’ve seen customers become beyond rude due their wait time not realizing or caring that she was by herself. I wish I had her name to praise her personally. Protein is always fair but toppings are kinda on the skimpy side.

After placing my order, and walking them through making my two Philly Steak subs, I grabbed a cpl begs of chips, Hell, I even threw in a cple over priced cookies with 2 drinks, to hear my order was over $38! Oh well, I thought….it is what it is. THEN I was told , ” oh, we don’t accept $100 bills!” That’s all I had! Had to go elsewhere and what a waste of my time! SEP

I really enjoy this store always clean all employees are very courteous. BUT yesterday I ordered a Tuna with Bacon. Now honest oops but saw the bacon heated, saw my sandwich made. But didn’t pay attention that they didn’t get the bacon on the sandwich. Being charged almost $20 for a sandwich and a drink is really hard on the budget. So my disappointment was on me, because I should have watch closer

I simply came here to eat with my family. The girl up front was very rude and rushed me as I was trying to tell the other food service worker what I wanted on my sandwich. They didn’t even have anyone in the store so I was confused on why she rushed me. I told her what we got and she persisted on telling me I was wrong and then tried to double charge me. I asked for her name and she said she wasnt telling me. She was slamming the equipment around. Just seemed like she was having a bad day but that doesn’t mean to take it out on the customers. I will not come here anymore after this tragic experience I had. The owner/GM for this store needs to train their staff to treat costumers with better respect. Today is 10/04/2023 at 6pm.

I love Subway The one on main Street in Heber however needs some improvement they are typically out of everything or something that you want either the breads not cooked or they don’t have anybody that can slice the meat or something so from now on when I order Subway in Heber I will order from the other location just my opinion

The food was great, but as soon as I walked in the store the man gave me the look of “omg not another one ” I wanted just wanted to walk out right there. At checkout he then walked away and had a female take my order and she too looked very depressed. Why work somewhere you don’t enjoy? It’s not just this one time it’s every time I go in all workers are sad. I’ll be using bypass subway if I decide to eat it again.
