When I pulled up to the menu to order, Britt was very nice and sweet. I changed my order like 24 times and she was very patient and understanding. The food is amazing , looks presentable, and delicious. You have to check them out . Firstly the customer service was great. Ashley had a really good attitude & was knowledgeable about the menu. She even got me to make my order into a combo because I wasn’t at first. The food was also AMAZING & seasoned very well. I will recommend to others & I will be back!!

The food was great! It was me and my husband first time trying their food and it did not disappoint at all. We met the owner who brought our food out and he was really nice. He even threw in a strawberry cheesecake for me that was sooooo good. Definitely worth your money. We had half fried wings and half BBQ wings, crawfish & shrimp egg rolls and 2 shrimp burger meals.

I was referred to Hungry Bites by my bestie ; we both love seafood egg rolls . She praised the crawfish & shrimp egg rolls ; so i decided to stop by for lunch , i like my food fresh to order so the wait time was typical for fresh food, my server ASHLEY was awesome she even upsold me on the lemonade it was delicious ! I am a regular customer and the food is cooked to order and always fresh. Brittany and Ashley are always friendly and provide great customer service. Recently I had two issues that the workers did their best to correct. I was given the wrong food and made it home and was unable to make it back before close:. This has happened twice . I felt the owner and management tried to make me feel like I was responsible for the mistake that was made and was trying to get free food even though it was confirmed by the workers that was not the case. I will probably never eat their again but it is not due to the food and the actual workers because they are amazing at their job:

The establishment is always clean when you come in. You will often see the janitor staff just as busy as the waitresses on the clock, great work ethic resides in that building. The burgers are some of the best in town served by none other than the best staff. All of them are polite and helpful and entice you to come back continually. Who ever is managing that staff has talents with people that are underrated. One of my favorite places to frequent all the items on the menu are great. Continued success to this establishment. Ashley was my server that asked me for the survey and I could not decline, she was so personable I can only assume she brings more traffic to that drive through window. Nothing but kind regards for her.

Hungry Bites is my go-to spot for delicious comfort food late at night. The portions are generous, the flavors are spot on, and the staff always makes me feel welcome. I especially love their cheeseburger eggs rolls, while the wait time can be a little long, it’s clear they take the time to prepare everything with care, and the quality makes it well worth it. It’s fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time. I met Ashley, today and she was very polite and friendly. I love the customer service here. Whether dining in or ordering delivery, Hungry Bites never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone craving a satisfying meal.
