I’ve been ordering from this beechnut location for a while now but today was a big disappointment. The bottom and crust of both pizzas were inedible, and I do order Marcos because I do like the crust but this time they were over toasted and hard. The bottom was separated from the upper layer, I’m not sure if they got a new person in the kitchen but I will not risk it again so I’ll look for another pizza place.

Here’s what’s crazy. I’ve placed an order. This place should’ve been open an hour ago. I ordered ONLINE and it took it. I get here and it’s closed. No answer to the phone. And when I called another Marcos they said sorry they are owned by different people. I’m out of my money with no way to even contact anyone. I’ll let the reader decide if they should order from here.

I cannot believe the lack of professionalism of the general manager, my order got messed up and took almost an hour to be ready. Lack of organization and training, everyone is new and nobody knows anything not even the general manager, ive been coming to this location for 2 years now and never saw him before, but he is a total disappointment by the way he handled my order. Coming here is a waste of your time and money.

I went to this location and order the Philly pizza and once I got home to eat noticed there was no meat on the pizza it was only the veggies . Then when I called to speak to the manager he wanted to sit and argue with me saying the man said he put the meat on it only to be told in the beginning they ran out of steak. I also asked for no mushrooms and those are huge chunks of them on it

This is my first time here, the attendant was okay, but the environment is dirty. The staffs have their fingers painted, and are using their bare hands for the dough which is not hygienic.
