Much better than several years ago. The old manager was terrible. It’s gone from 3 to 4 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ just with that! They do need to buy some sun shades. Don’t go around sunset or prepare to be blinded! Music sound track could use more variety but overall its much better than a couple years ago.

So I go to BK to get something to eat this morning and I had a question about if I could get a whopper for breakfast, I go inside there is two tables sitting one employee waiting for her food and a pu driver picking up food. The manager who’s filling orders in the window just ignored me at the register walking back and forth seemed like 4-5 minutes:::: you look at someone and say “I’ll be with you in a minute” doesn’t cost you anything and can buy your more time. As a former restaurant manager this is why I see a lot of restaurants fail because of the lack of urgency for lack of a better word. This behavior is showing all over the country BK sales floundering and I see why. I left and went across the street to Lincoln dinner.

$13 for soggy fries, the tiniest chicken wraps, and an unusually long wait while employees appeared to give free hand outs to friends of theirs that couldn’t make up their mind on how much stuff they wanted on the house. Have to love the local… only thing in town.

In a time when I struggle to give any fast food place a good review this location consistently delivers great food great service. Usually here late night on my route back from Philly same kid is here most night dark scruffy beard and tall. Super nice always gets it right.

Terrible service. No one there can read. My order is never correct. The night shift crew are the absolute worst. How hard is it to read, and follow directions? If you want your food correct, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

What’s to like? Small web order took 30 minutes to be ready. Order was incorrect and they ran out of french fries. The place was a mess and the employees looked lost. Oh, and the burgers were cold and undercooked. An unmitigated disaster. Avoid.

This place has changed. I went through the drive-thru they said, “take a look at the menu… I will be right with you”. No one ever came back .I said “hello??”another person answered and took my order.. I ordered one sandwich. Drove forward to pay and was told I was going to have to pull up.. I said for one sandwich? ( I’ve never had to wait for a sandwich before)..so I pull into a parking spot.. where they told me to park and no one ever brought the sandwich to the car. Almost 10 minutes later I go walking in and say I paid for a sandwich and no one gave it to me, no one brought it to the car”.. a girl goes..” was it the chicken sandwich?”I said yes. There it was sitting on the counter, for who knows how long… I asked the girl “is it cold?”she just turned and walked away and there was hardly anybody in the restaurant. OMG-Never again.Rude kids and poor management
