Overall decent people when it comes to workers, but Crystals customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I come in she is snippy with customers, and doing nothing but complain and curse under her breath. That’s unacceptable for a child friendly fast food place, especially complaining so much in her public position.

Every mobile order I’ve placed here has been completely wrong. Wrong stuff on even the wrong bread. Sometimes they will skip extra paid stuff added as well. I’ve tried to file complaints, but the manager just closes the complaints and marks them as resolved with no actual resolution. I have never received any form of refund for my messed up orders.
The last time I went, they tried giving me someone else’s order twice and then made me wait for half an hour just to find out they made mine half an hour ago and it was just sitting there getting cold.
I am honestly shocked by just how low the amount of effort is put in by the people who work here. I recommend going to any other subway instead if you are doing a mobile order.

Friday Night shift the past the few weeks does not know how to keep the veggies and sauces in the sandwich and not on the wrapper. Had to put more sauce on when I got home because it all went into the paper. What happened to making sure everything is in and won’t make a mess.

Terrible employee attitude and very unfresh looking vegetables for the last time. Air conditioner broken for many weeks or more cold subs only and refused to make $24 change for a $50 bill. To top it off I was told to have a nice day with a snotty tone after not getting served. Went to Jimmy John’s and got excellent service and absolutely delicious sandwiches. Paw paw residents for many years and I will absolutely never return to paw paw subway,so you guys have a nice day!

Very rude employees! Every employee I tried to speak were very rude. I would not recommend the paw paw location due to this issue. Fix your attitude and maybe you’ll get customers.

I don’t understand why in the world any place of business is allowed to deny federal currency. Whether it be a $50 or $100 bill. I got off of work after a 13 hour shift stopped to grab a foot long as we had been out of power for nearly four days. I just wanted to grab some food and head home to my family. I get told we don’t except $50, but I could go get it broke and come back and they would hold my sandwich. Congratulations Subway you can stick that foot long where the sun don’t shine. Not to mention they’re now out a customer, a sale and they’re going to just throw it away. Smart business there.

As a DoorDasher, this is the first place in Paw Paw I refuse to take orders from. EVERY TIME it’s 10 minutes late and EVERY TIME something is out of stock whether it be bread, meat, chips, sauce, cookies, chips, something is ALWAYS out.

To be honest, this store is always a joke. Every time I walk in there is MAYBE one person at the front – possibly one person in the ENTIRE store, I’ve seen a second staff member working MAYBE twice. I ordered Door Dash and couldn’t put a special request to have a small amount of Jalapeños on my sandwich, Door Dash stated “This store doesn’t take special requests and would like you to call if you have one!” I submitted the order and called for 17 minutes straight and not a single time did the phone ever get answered. I’m not surprised, but I’m over it. This store is a joke. It’s always dirty, so I never eat inside. I absolutely love Subway and get it often, but every time I go to this store, order for pickup from this store, or get delivery from this store, I’m sure to be disappointed. Considering this is a VERY ongoing issue, I truly believe this is a management problem.
