This is now under new management as of April 4,2025 and it’s a complete transformation from what it was before. Looks absolutely amazing and the food is delicious!! They now serve hot food for breakfast/lunch/dinner and offer fresh smoothies. I tried a green smoothie and it tasted so refreshing.

Food is ok but the service is horrendous. I called in ordered before hand. When I got there it should have done at this point. Nobody says anything just continues to make new customers food. So I wait until these guys are done making peoples food that walked in right before I did ( I ordered my sandwich before hand ) . The entire time my food is sitting behind the counter WAITING for someone to say hey buddy can I help you to ring me up No they didnt even look at me until the end. I patiently waited because I’m just not a rude individual but the people working at this deli are 100% not fit for customer service. I can’t say I’ll be back.

I happened to stop by during their grand reopening under new management and this was probably the best thing to ever come to this deli. I stopped coming last year because their food quality was lacking, but I’m glad I decided to stop by after driving by & seeing all of the activity outside the store.
Everything is brand new, clean & welcoming. They literally have everything you could ever think of. Not to mention they added a juice/smoothie bar.
I highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality bite.

Under new management however leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately after today’s experience, we will not be returning. We have been consistent customers for NB Deli. We typically order a lb of already cooked bacon. The sign clearly says 16.99/lb and even tho we only received one lb as measured, they still decided to charge us 21.99/lb. Lady at the cashier wouldn’t acknowledge the error and was very rude. If you decided to change your price, maybe change the TV to reflect that.
Hope new management sees this and decides to rectify the error, but unfortunately, it may be too late. Delis are dime a dozen nowadays.

Just checked this deli out since it’s under new ownership and omg, wow. I don’t usually write reviews but this was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had on LI. The deli is so clean and everyone was so kind and professional. Definitely my new go to spot!!

All I order is an egg and cheese. NO MEAT. (Allergy)Every single time it’s wrong. Doesn’t matter if I call ahead, or order in person. I wouldn’t normally care if it happened once or twice but I’m not even joking every single time I’ve come here. This deli is on my way to work so I would keep coming every morning but it’s a waste of time if they literally know me when I come in and still have to remake my sandwich and make me late for work/I find out halfway through my drive they gave me a completely different thing than what I ordered and i don’t have time so i go without breakfast. Also every time i get charged something different. I’ve been told by a cashier 7.50$ for an EGG AND CHEESE is the price – the same price as a bacon egg and cheese? Other times I’m charged $5. Not worth it to come here too much of a risk lol

10/10 experience. I happened to stop by the grand opening this past weekend and everyone was so kind. This place is completely renovated and extremely clean. The food was also very delicious.
