Amazing pizza, beyond incredible! Also awesome staff! Kenya in the front keeps everything going while everyone in the back makes the best pizzas in the world. ALSO it’s obvious Taylor’s review is BS. Stopped for a couple of slices here! Served super quickly! Delicious! Nice service! Pizza tastes Neapolitan! I preferred the Margarita to the Pepperoni! Fastest meal at Market Street! Prices are competitive! Plenty of parking!

I LOVED OTTOS. The food is so good and I loved to spend my money eating there. However after my experience today Otto’s has lost a few loyal costumers. Me and my friends (14) tried to call and order a pizza. We called once and got hung up on before we were able to order our food. When they were not answering my friend I tried calling once my phone. They heard our voice and hung up again. We tried calling on multiple peoples phones. Finally they decided to take our order and we got all the way through before they started playing “Rick roll” and Rick rolled us in the speaker. We were just trying to order a pizza. We called one final time and the quote on quote general manager started yelling at us through the phone. She was calling us unprofessional and told us to order through corporate. We had to get my friends mother to order online on her phone. We were not the ones being unprofessional they just would not stay on the phone long enough for us to take our order. They assumed we were prank calling just because we are 14. The general manager needs to work on her manners. Thank you.

OMG The best pizza! Crust thin and not hard. Sauce was so fresh and very nice staff. Special slices available like tomato and basil and regular cheese with tomato sauce on top, best pizza in New England. Outside seating so cute too.

I really love Otto pizza, but lately they’re packing on the cheese way too much at this location. I ordered extra sauce for an extra charge and this is what I got. Looks like extra cheese, not sauce, to me. Not the first time this has happened. The GF pizza is already expensive, I don’t want to sound like a baby but please fix this. Thanks

Otto Lynnfield, it’s over. I don’t know what happened to this place over the last year and a half, but every order is worse than the last.
The pizza we got this evening was dried out and charred. We only ate it because it is late and we live too far to return it. That was the final order. We’re done eating money here and we aren’t going back.

Got one plain slice. Crust was really good. The sauce was a little bit off. Not bad just different. Can’t explain.

OTTO has great pizza and the staff are very kind. Pizza is good whether you’re looking for thin crust or a thicker crust they have it all. We have ordered take out lots of times from here and it’s fast and good. It is a little pricey but is worth it. Highly recommend!

Absolute worst pizza I’ve had in years. Chewing it hurt my jaw. Don’t ever get the bacon pineapple hot honey. It came with 10 pieces of pineapple 5 pieces of diced bacon and a black crust.
