Online it will say this Dunkin is 24 hours it is not when I called the gentleman said that he’s asked the company to change the hours because they’re incorrect and they still haven’t and I wasted a trip however the gentleman I talked to was very polite

Kerri at Dunkin’ made our teacher’s appreciation week absolutely perfect! She made some gorgeous A plus and apple donuts for my child’s teachers and staff. We ordered two dozen for the whole school and she made them perfectly and on time for pick up! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for making it possible!

The employees are for the most part cheerful and helpful. One of the female employees overstepped her boundaries and said I was shoplifting and I wasn’t. Even made me remove everything from my bag and found nothing last year.

The lady getting the donut orders was rude. No customer service experience at all, coffee orders have been wrong the last 3 tries. Hopefully the baristas will get comfortable and improve the way they make the coffees. I don’t think anything will help the rude lady up front, except a job where she doesn’t work with the public.

Do Not Pre-order on the app, every time I have they have screwed up the order or are out of things but they won’t let you know. This store always seems to be out of the mainstays like chocolate donuts. Don’t be fooled by the store hours, before 8:30 or so you will get last nights leftovers and not fresh.

It’s a Dunkin’ and the donuts are donuts but if they don’t get a grip on their quality control, they’re going to go belly up the moment the novelty wears off. I’m not exaggerating, every single time of maybe ten consecutive times now they’ve gotten my order egregiously and inexcusably wrong. I don’t even know how they’re doing it because it doesn’t make sense. Also don’t try customizing your drink because they won’t bother trying to get it to specifications.
But like I said, the donuts are donuts and they’re a bit hard to screw up so I keep going back. For now anyways.

Nice place looks newly built and is very clean inside. Good was good and stay is nice. Other places all lined up next to each other. Good place to get gas and breakfast in the morning. Not just Donuts but the croissant sandwiches are great plus I love the sweet tea.
