Very nice burgers! Took the one with mushrooms and blue cheese it was very good! I would expect a bit more fires with the combo but I guess it was good anyhow. The patty was cooked very good as requested and the bun is soft and nice.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve been here multiple times. Every single time has been a total disaster.
I walked in on a Sunday evening and shortly after I order this young girl walks in and starts talking to the cooks and the manager about getting off (it’s only 7:10 PM, they don’t close until 8PM) because they were “dead”.
Rude and ignorant employees making mediocre food, arguing with you about the quality of the food and the service. It is by far THE WORST burger place in the area. I came here before and they gave me 3 burnt burgers with all the toppings missing, fries and drinks. Almost $45 for this garbage? When I got home I realized that everything was missing and that the burgers were burnt. By then it was too late to turn around so I called the manager to place a complain. He told me that he would write my name in a “customers complaint book” and that my next meal was on them.
I’m here today and it’s no different. The 2 African American cooks arguing with us (virtually yelling at us) on how long ago it was and who we talked to. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a Wellington. One of the cooks yells at us arguing that he knows what he’s doing. Well, he sure as hell didn’t. I saw how the other larger cook pulled out an extra patty and placed it on the grill. Yes, it’s a Wellington and a double cheeseburger. If he could do the math, he would know that a double 2 patties plus a Wellington 1 party equals 3 patties and NOT 2 which is what you had on the grill!!!! (No one before us and no one after us. Can’t even say they were for somebody else)
The manager (male, white, brunette, tall, young late 20s) comes out and tells me that the person who I spoke to was either him or some other girl because they are the only managers. Well, then he must have alzhairmers because he must’ve been the person who told me that over the phone.
Anyways. This is my food sitting right In front of me. I wouldn’t even feed This to my dog!
To the owner of this dump:
Dear Ma’am/Sir,
You need to fire your whole staff. Your cooks are idiots and they are belligerent. Your manager is senile (can’t remember what he says to people on the phone) and a complete Moron who knows nothing about serving a good burger. You will loose your whole clientele because your fast food joint is run by idiots.

The lunch deal is totally worth it. For $10, you get a nice cheese burger, a side, and a fountain drink. I ordered my burger medium, but the burger came out well done. However, it was still a tasty burger.

I went with a friend to the Tysons Corner location. My friend enjoyed her cheeseburger meal. I had the veggie burger and garlic fries. The burger was tasteless and burnt. I know a veggie burger will not taste like meat, but it seemed as if no effort was made to make it flavorful at all. The garlic fries were good though. The staff was pleasant and the location was relatively clean. My only issue is the lackluster veggie burger.

This is one of my favorite burger places in the DMV, however, they’re not very consistent. When everything is perfect (most of the time) the burgers are juicy and cooked to order, and the fries are nice and crispy.
They sometimes use bread that tastes like it’s been sitting in the restaurant for a little too long, or they don’t get the term of your burger the way you want it. If I want a medium rare burger I order it rare so it comes cooked the way I like it.

We used to love this place but haven’t visited it for while, for about two last months. We came today and were expected as usual: huge portion of french fries, great juicy burger BUT… This time the burger was really small and that’s why both my wife and I found them mostly dry than juicy. and french fries portion was the size what you can get at places like Burger King. But here we’re paying twice more and it is so sad that you reduced your portions. I would prefer to pay couple bucks more but please give me what I always coming for. Very sad that now I should look for another place for burgers.

I have tried a couple of their constructions from their menu which were quite tasty, but lately I have taken to creating my own burgers. They have good ingredients and success with which you can work. Their service was quite prompt and the line much much shorter than other places in the mall. I do find that the fries lack a bit of crispiness.

Great burgers but the customer service is exceptionally atrocious even by DMV standards. Chairs put up an hour early and everyone makes it seem like its a burden to give them your business. Once in a blue moon an employee is not unfriendly. 80s music never played anymore too. Great concept and food but need to retrain or fire people Asap if you want to stay in business

Went here to pick up 3 burgers for a taste test with some friends between Five guys, elevation burger, shake shack and BGR here. The wait was LONG. Gave me a pager and everything for when my order was ready, for take out. BUT, it tasted amazing. Was cooked to medium perfectly and the burger it’s self was quite good. It had that extra grilled taste, I guess for being flame broiled or something. Could have used more of the sauce which I think they called Mojo sauce. It won our burger taste test. It was about 3$ more than any other burger so be aware that it’s pricey and takes a while to cook. Good burger tho
