I ordered delivery so can’t review the atmosphere, but the food & service were wonderful. My food was packed well in quality containers, and arrived looking and tasting especially nice! I ordered 3 things – first up. the grilled shrimp and chicken hibachi which comes with sautéed vegetables and rice (I got steamed white rice instead of stir-fried rice). The other 2 items I ordered were miso soup, and the vegetable tempura appetizer. My verdict… YUM x 3!
Down side – it was too much food.
Up side – I had dinner for 2 nights instead of 1, so I ended up with 2 very tasty, generously portioned meals for under $40!

Beautiful shady balcony to sit at as you eat, incredibly fresh avocado rolls, great fish as well. Quality sushi with beautiful presentation. A real hidden gem. Directly across from one of the easiest parking lots, and a few nice spots inside to grab chocolate and treats for the trip home.

Absolutely love Sushi8! This is hands down one of the best Japanese spots in town. The sushi is incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Sorry, I’d starting eating, the bowl was much more beautiful before I decided to snap pic. Best eel I’ve ever had, fatty and crisp-perfect. Fish very fresh, great combo. Rice cooked perfectly. I had the chirashi. It’s tucked in a little mall but the quality was astounding.

What an amazing little spot off the plaza. It’s not Nobu, but it’s not pretending to be. The staff is friendly, kind, and really wants you to be happy. The Avocado rolls and the sweet potato rolls are something special. The sushi was above expectations, but it’s a quick food court place, and that fits. Still a great value for the price.

Probably under-staffed for the holiday season. The waitress seemed unfamiliar with the menu and took a while to get the order right. Food was quite salty. Had high hope seeing good ratings from Google Maps but ended up disappointed.

Our first time trying Sushi 8 was a pleasant experience. Outstanding customer service from the gentlemen at the register (I think he was the manager or owner). They were very busy and understaffed but he kept a positive attitude the entire time and made sure to interact with each customer to let them know the wait times and gave complimentary drinks and cheesecake to everyone waiting. He also made sure to thank each person for dining there. Warm and inviting atmosphere, delicious and fairly priced sushi!
