I’ve visited Jitter’s since it’s convenient for me and have really come to like it. They have basic coffee and fun seasonal drinks. The coffee is reasonably priced. There’s not much for vegetarians though. It’s nice to have in the Bank Street apartments or if you’re staying in the Marriott. Plenty of seating and nice sofas to sit on. The hours are great too.

Had iced oat milk latte. Was good. Smooth. Not acidic. Chill place to hangout. Lots of light. Nice staff.

So exciting to have a new spot in Burlington! The space is so cute and there’s lots of seating, and the food is amazing. They also have board games available to play. I got the Jitterbug (pictured) and my friend got the Ultimate Pastrami, both were fantastic. I never leave reviews anywhere so I hope that says something! I can’t wait to come back and try their evening menu.

Food was Great! BLT and Tuna melt are fantastic! Would highly recommend anyone and everyone! Don’t listen to the snobs that posted these one stars, I’m a daily customer! I ordered and it took 10-15min tops with other people ordering. Coffee was great! So my advice! Go get some good coffee and great wood

I would highly recommend this spot! The atmosphere is really nice. There are a lot of seating options, great for meeting with a group of people, hanging out for a drink or coffee and also great study spots. The drinks and food are delicious and the staff are super nice.

This is such a great spot to hang out both during the day and in the evening. The coffee menu is huge and caters to all coffee drinks (myself who likes fun coffees). The bar is cool and relaxed. I wish the evening menu was larger but was very happy with the sandwich I got (just wish it came with a side of chips or some greens). Overall great experience at this brand new restaurant and will for sure be back and recommend it to others as a place to check out.

I looked at the order online menu and the way the menu allows you to select an allergy made it extremely misleading and disappointing if you have celiac disease or an allergy. Needless to say the order online menu makes it all sound safe to eat. Reality is that it’s not at all safe. Don’t waste your time if you are gluten free and skip this place. Maybe get coffee.

The Instagram posts make this place sound really good. In reality, the food tastes like it’s fresh from Sysco. It’s not bad, it could just be so much better. Especially for the first new cafe in the Pit, a part of a new hotel, I expected this to be celebrating Burlington’s offerings. Featuring artists, baked goods, coffee beans, really anything. Instead, it’s just your everyday average hotel cafe. A chain at best. I’d hate for this to be a tourists first experience of Burlingtons cuisine.
The staff was very kind and helpful. This is not a knock to them at all. This is solely a judgement on the business and its decisions.

This café looks nice but the service was awful. My girlfriend and I were the first customers in on a Saturday morning, we ordered a tea and two breakfast sandwiches. It took over 25 minutes to get our food. To be clear, there were less than 5 customers in the restaurant the entire time we waited. When the food was finally ready, the kitchen placed it on the counter behind the bar and it sat there for another 5 minutes before we had to ask someone to check if it was ours. When we asked, the person behind the coffee station looked irritated that we asked. Food and lack of basic customer service were not worth the wait, better options in Burlington.
