The food was good but we didn’t feel like it was quite on par for pricing, but only a few dollars over. The fries were golden and crispy.
The parking situation in this whole area is not good but if you’re wise you will park in the unmarked spots right in front of their building (room for 2).
If you are plant-based then go give them a try and decide for yourself.

Let me start off saying, I cannot say enough great things about this place. I live in hotels 10 months of the year throughout the Pacific Northwest due to my work, so you know ai eat out a lot. Hands-down, this is top three chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life and their black garlic fries are something you experience. Everything I’ve had here has been made to perfection. The food is so beautifully rich with flavors and textures. I’m looking forward to making the drive from my house which is three plus hours away, just to eat here with my wife. Please stop by and support this amazing food truck. I cannot thank the chef enough for feeding me for the last three weeks.

My husband and I ate there today. I ordered a plant based honey hot combo and he got a real chicken fries combo. My sandwich was incredible. The texture and flavor was to die for. The seating area was nice and felt great in the sun.

Maybe it was an off day. I ordered the Chicken sandwich and fries to go for dinner after work. Got home and noticed first thing the color. Very off putting. Both were inedible. Obviously it was the end run of the oil. Rancid. Tried sending a message to their web but no response. Will try again but I will definitely ask when oil was changed.

AMAZING! This is a must if you like chicken! Staff was great! Fast and friendly. It was raining and cold when we came but they have patio heaters so it was nice and toasty. Wildfire chicken sandwich was delicious. The fries were perfectly fried and seasoned. The fried marionberry hand pie is made to order and was awesome. Highly recommend.

The black garlic fries are the best French fries I can remember eating. Just the most amazing texture and flavor. Potato perfection. The faux chicken sandwich was fine. Great bun. Interesting gingery coleslaw topping on the OG. The location is obviously not idea—noisy—but the owners have done their best. Might just get take away next time.

The vegan sandwiches are AMAZING!
The regular sandwiches look amazing and got great reviews by my friends.
I will say (like the other reviews) the fries have a curry taste to them but I really love it and think it’s very unique. Just so you know though.
The atmosphere is a solid 10/10 especially given what it was before. Someone took this little crossing and put a lot of love into it!
Staff were super friendly and cared a lot about how we enjoyed the meals (every time I have gone they have been consistent.)

Yes. It is ‘pricey’ for a meal like the other reviews say HOWEVER they all fail to mention that this place does NOT accept tips.
Any gratitude is directed to the donation boxes.
Most places you go out to eat you are still playing $18 for a meal including tip (which most of you know whether or not you got good service somewhere you still feel pressured to tip.)
I would assume meals are on the more expensive side because:
1. Organic
2. Local sourced
Anyways, for $18-20 it’s definitely worth at least a try. Try something new and fun. Just do it.

Chicken crossing is a true gem in Eugene. Delicious food that just so happens to be vegan/vegetarian but anyone would enjoy. They’ve done an amazing job with the space they have and have really turned it into the cutest little patio area. They also give back to the community. They don’t accept tips, but do have multiple local charities that you can donate to Or pay it forward by buying a meal for someone else who needs it. Owner/operators were also Super Duper friendly and helpful.
