We were in the area so we stopped in today to try this place out! The store is very bright and colorful. It was very clean. Ella welcomed us in. She was very friendly and helpful! Love the artwork design on the wall. She answered our questions and gave us suggestions for our smoothies. I ordered the Cacao Bell and my daughter ordered the SmurfAF. They were delicious!
Looking forward to coming back again and try some other smoothies!

I enjoy the food, but the service and price are different each visit. Depending on who is working, I get a different price for the exact same Açaí bowl every time. Two of the young ladies always have a bad attitude and the rewards program is so strange. Sometimes I can spend $60 and get one stamp, sometimes they give me a stamp for each item.
I really want to support, but this location needs a complete customer service training overhaul and standardized pricing.
I spend a lot here because my family enjoys the fresh taste, but for now we will find something else to support until things improve.

never have an issue, but this girl seemed like she hated life, serving us and just even speaking to us. Add incompetence and Ugly attitude, and you get whatever she was on. we kept it more professional than her, which is crazy to even say. I believe in you OrganicAF, this is a rare occurrence. don’t let incompetent, low vibrational employees taint your reputation!

I love the bowls here they’re definitely some of the best around! The place itself is great, but I did notice that some of the staff inside can be a bit rude and might ignore you at times. Still, the food makes it worth visiting.

Customer service could be better. I kind of felt like I was a disturbance when I walked in. And smoothie was pretty pricey for the size. I appreciate organic options, but probably won’t be back.

I have been coming here since it opened. There used to be a long wait, as there was always only one employee and they would take their time making the smoothie bowls. It’s also almost 30 dollars for two items. I didn’t mind any of that because I loved the flavor and freshness of the smoothie bowls. I always get the acaiAF. Recently they changed the recipe and now the smoothie bowl base is completely frozen, not fresh at all. On top of that, there was more granola in my bowl than anything else. It seems like they just coated the bottom half of the bowl with the acai pre made frozen mixture and filled the rest of the bowl with granola. 30 dollars for 3 smoothie bowls is pretty expensive, but I never mind paying for quality food. Not only is it not made on the spot anymore, it didn’t even have half a bowl of the “smoothie”. I used to really like this place. It’s cheaper for me to make my own or try elsewhere from now on.

So glad that this place opened back up after unexpectedly closing for a extended duration. Everything tastes so fresh and clean and the interior is more modern and updated.
The smoothies bowls are just a good if not better than before. Don’t be fooled by the size as it’s a very filling portion. I shared it with my daughter and we couldn’t even finish it all. I appreciate that they use actual whole fruit instead of fruit concentrate from a carton that most other coffee shops tend to opt for. Toppings were plentiful and on point.
I also tried their GoldAF coffee for the first time and absolutely love it! The cold brews are made w/ almond milk, different flavor combinations and cold foam. The coffee quality itself is great, has a smooth taste and clean finish. No acidity and no stinky coffee breath afterwards. The price point for the coffees were surprisingly very affordable and reasonable compared to other coffee shops around town especially since other coffee shops charge extra for milk alternatives like soy, almond or oat. Smaller size was only $4 and the larger size was just $6!

If you love organic smoothies and capuchinos I recommend this place it’s a small shop but our smoothies was very delicious….the green smoothie is called HulkAF. The orange one is TropicalAf . It was about 17$ for both so it’s a little pricey but what isn’t pricey that’s healthy lol . Nice place !

I came here for a smoothie but they charge $9 for a strawberry banana smoothie with nothing else added. I don’t live in HP anymore but in LA they at least put yogurt or ice cream. I decided not to go back and hit the grocery store.
