The man taking ym order tried to get me to get a premaid sandwich. Then I had to tell him what i wanted 3 times. Then he telling me how much extra mayo he put on it but thats not what i asked for. He was just rude. I will never go back to this location.

Lady at the counter told me the flat bread and the wrap was the same, I pointed out to their menu that shows the wrap and she kept telling me that it was the same. It didn’t make sense to go back and forth, I accepted the flat bread. I told her I would like for it to be toasted so the chicken and cheese are hot she refused to toast my flatbread “due to company policies”. I just couldn’t believe it so I just agreed to get my sandwich the way she wanted me to have it instead of trying to make sense out of this situation.

These folks are seemingly incapable of assembling a sandwich if you order ahead, despite perfectly legible receipts. 0/3 now. It also doesn’t seem to matter that your food was already paid for, if someone else gets in line 10 minutes after your order was supposed to be ready they’re the priority, you will sit and wait.

When the owners kids are working DO NOT EAT here…they are disgusting…young lady was replenishing the cups at the soda station and dropped 4 cups on the floor, picked them right up and put them out for the next customer to use. I said you just dropped those cups on the floor, dont put those out. she looked at me and walked away. My husband and I immediately looked at each other and walked out without ordering anything

I’ve never written a review for Subway but by the weight, looks and taste of my sandwich.. I got time today. Y’all were stingy with everything but the lettuce. Tomato where, olives 3 when I asked for more sriracha on one side, none in the other. I will never spend my money at this location again. Atmosphere was like I’m good on this location. Love Subway though.
