Everyone here is so awesome! The service is prompt, friendly, and most helpful. Took my students with special needs here for lunch (23 of us) and they were so patient with our ordering and paying. The food was delicious & served at the right temperatures. The kids are already begging to go back, and I’m in agreement – can’t wait for the next visit.

Drove students on a school trip to this cafe and decided to have lunch myself. My own children met me there. Food was great, prices were very reasonable, wait staff was awesome as well. Such a cute little place. For a Friday afternoon the place got packed! Parking lot is small but I believe it was the owner that was out in the lot helping people park, he even accommodated my son in his huge work truck. All around was a great experience. 10/10 hands down!

I have been visiting No Limits Cafe regularly, and every single visit leaves me thinking, why isn’t every lunch spot this good? The food is excellent, the service is warm and on point, and the mission employing and empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is inspiring without ever feeling forced.
Let’s talk food because they deliver.
The PJC turkey sandwich is perfectly balanced, juicy, and gone in minutes.
Turkey chili hits that cozy, hearty spot every time, rich, flavorful, and no skimping.
The turkey Reuben is excellent and that turkey is sliced just right.
Their build your own bowls are my go to when I want to mix it up, fresh ingredients, generous portions, and you can’t go wrong customizing.
Dessert? Those oatmeal raisin cookies are absolute gold, soft, chewy, packed with raisins, and the kind of thing that makes you order two just in case.
The servers make the experience even better. Jake and David have both taken care of me, and they are pros, attentive, friendly, quick with a smile, and clearly proud of what they do. You can feel the genuine care in how the place runs.
This isn’t just a lunch spot, it’s a place doing something meaningful. Every bite supports real jobs and real growth for people who deserve the chance. The concept isn’t a gimmick, it’s executed beautifully, and the result is one of the best lunch experiences around. If you’re anywhere near Red Bank or Middletown on Route 35, stop making excuses and go. Eat well, do good, and leave fuller in every way.

Every detail of the experience went above and beyond my expectations. The service came with a smile, the food came fast, and the decor and feel of the restaurant was welcoming and inspiring. From the warm and unique lighting to the inspirational quotes on the walls in the bathroom, this place was both efficient and delicious and we can’t wait to go back again and try other things from the menu. 10/1 highly recommend.

No limits cafe has got to be one of the most unique places we have ever been to. The food is amazing and everyone is so polite. The wait staff and hostesses are amazing and very attentive. Thank you for having this job placement for adults facing their own challenges. You have to order the tomato soup as it’s the BEST I ever had. I’m getting the bowl next time. We were there for lunch a few times and NEVER been disappointed. Needless to say WE WILL BE BACK!
