As a customer not an employee I would say the overall experience has been fairly pleasant for the most part. However, I would say that one incident that happened 2 months ago when Tyler played a stupid intercom, childish, phone prank on me and screwed up my entire order on purpose and I am glad he quit. It was also uncalled for! Which I will call him out on that, and while I do love the Witch’s Brew and Elvedein did forget to give me my recipit one time that same day, he did correct his mistake in a sufficient, speedy, manner.
Ken is alright when it comes to overrall customer service and he did well in that regard and getting the job done. While Kiana in regards to customer service has been pleasant she’s super sweet, but she’s also slow. And one time I requested a bacon cheeseburger with a size of medium pickle fries and instead I got regular fries but that is the only downside.
Overall: 1 star do I recommend this Sonic? Only because they are close by. I mean a few orders as mentioned didn’t turn out right like I expected and the 6-inch conie and the regular fries over pickle fries. Plus, the toast was burnt when eating the bacon cheeseburger but despite all that it was an okay experience which could’ve been better but most of their food here is rancid anyway. And being they are the only Sonic store close by within reasonable distance is the only reason why I would recommend them but even then, they are pretty slow.

We went to have dinner around 7:30pm. I think there was only 1 other car in a stall– not very busy. Our food took a very long time to come. We were missing an ice cream and a drink. My husband had to go in to let them know. I ordered a number 7 which comes with bacon. There was no bacon or lettuce (not sure if it’s supposed to come with lettuce), the bun was very stale. The onion rings came smooshed in the bag. They were raw. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Waste of time and money.

Ordered a milkshake near the end of the night. The person who took my order was very friendly and personable. The shake looked great. Drove off, tasted it, and found the milk had soured. Tossed a full shake. Wasn’t worth driving back for a refund.

We ordered a burger that was good. We also ordered a chilli dog and an order of tater tots. The hotdog was just warm, not hot. The tater tots were cold. We asked right away if we could have some fresh hot tots. The response was yes. We waited about about 15 minutes and asked when we would get the fresh tots. You could actually see the girl smiling through the window. She did bring them out right away, however the new tots were not hot. Just warm. We were at no point rude so the attitude was not deserved. We did however deserve what we paid for – hot food. There were no other customers present. 6:30 pm on a Sunday evening.

Food is great but it will take you 30 min. This is the slower i have ever been to in my life (and I’m 54 yo). If you got 30-45 min to kill go through. Smash burger is amazing. Been here ten times plus and always the same. Outrageously long wait times

When I pulled up to the curb to place my order there was 3 other cars at the curb and 1 at the drive thru, I waited for 15 minutes and finally saw the server and asked how to place my order, her reply was we are really backed up and will get to you when I can. By this time 4 other cars pulled up and she waited on someone that had not been there as long as I have. I truly do not know how this location stays open, this is not the first time this has happened to me. I will not ever return

This is the 3rd time we have tried this location. Everytime we go there its dead and yet the servers do more talking than bring the food out. It took 20 min for 2 “master shakes” which were both pretty much cold vanilla milk. Both straight vanilla with a spoon full of the master shake ingredients in a larg cup. If I wanted a larg melted vanilla shake I would have asked for it. Its pretty sad when I can get better service and food quality from a slammed memphis location than I can at a dead location in fruit cove fl. Its been this bad for the past 3 years. Do better or move out and let another company in

I didn’t even ask for this, I asked for a breakfast burrito. But ended up with this. Oh well, I was hungry. CroiSonic sandwhich. It’s the most basic, boring, disappointing, plain tasting breakfast sandwhich I’ve had in a long time. $9 for this meal. I haven’t eaten at Sonic in a while, and this experience will make sure I don’t waste my hard earned money on Sonic food in the future. This location has good shakes though. And whatever iced coffee drink she gave me was good. Idk what it’s called because I asked for a black coffee. Very nice and respectful staff.
