Cousins Subs in Grafton is always on point. Fresh bread, loaded sandwiches, and the staff moves quick without cutting corners. The place is clean, the food is hot, and they actually make it the way you ask. Solid spot when you want something fast that still tastes legit.

Not really sure if they could be any slower. Every guest waiting a minimum of 15-20 minutes for their small orders. Some even longer. Clearly very unstaffed. Only two employees during lunch service. This seems to be very typical at this location.
If you have a lot of time to burn, stop by. If you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you.

Came in for a sub today and was greeted with a smile and the best service ever! I only go to this cousins as they have the nicest crew around! Thanks so much for being so kind and can’t wait to come back for another delicious sub!

Online order stated pick-up time of 533pm. When I arrived and asked for my order it had not been started at 535pm. Young man who helped the ordering customers coughed and sneezed and did not wash his hands..and was definitely handling food.. That needs to be corrected. Food was tasty but the service was not.

My son ordered pepperoni and salami only on bread. This very young kid behind the register charged me $15 bucks for bread and meat? You got to be kidding me.. Never to return to this location, inside was dirty and sticky. No customer service.

Long wait, food is very bland. Subs thrown together with sloppy presentation. Asked for jalapenos, got a clump in the middle of the sandwitch and the Mayo wasn’t spread. Got a meatball sub witch isn’t bad at all but was cold a couple times. I rate sub restaurants in order from best to worst starting with the best subway then jimmy johns then chocolate factory then cousins then firehouse subs.
