I tried ordering a hot Peanut butter cup coffee among other things at the speaker. She kept saying it’s blended, we use real peanut butter. I’m not understanding the issue. Finally in frustration I said forget that drink, I’ll just take a bagel sandwich and the largest Blended buddy Elf maple Chai. Then I asked if that was 32oz. She replied “We have small, medium, large and extra large.” Ok is the extra large 32oz ? It’s 30oz. When I get to the window to pay and pick up I asked again what the issue is with the peanut butter drink. Once again she says that they only have it blended. Finally after more talk she says they don’t have that as a hot drink. First and probably the last time going there.

My family and I used to come here every Sunday and always received excellent drinks and great service. However, during our most recent visit, we had an unpleasant experience with an employee who had an attitude, got our order wrong, and seemed upset when we tried to politely correct it.
Safe to say we will not be going back for awhile.

I choose scooters over Starbucks because they taste better and are a little cheaper in price. I don’t go to Starbucks because they never fill your cup when you order a hot coffee. Scooters your disappointing me. This should be full for a large 🙁 and no I didn’t drink any as my husband picked it up for me and he doesn’t drink coffee

I’m almost positive that this franchise is owned by the same parent company as 7Brew. I got the Mocha, which wasn’t quite as good as I’d hoped. This place is new(ish) so I thought it was worth a try.

I never understood people who have time to grab coffee before work or bother to pay daily for their coffee instead of making it at home. Scooter’s is quick to get you your order so you can get going and it tastes so good it’s actually worth it, it’s really not a bad price at all. That is beside the fact that their customer service is top tier here. Bac and I think her name is Maria in the mornings, Are the absolute best. They are always so cheery, patient, and nice! The general customer service is what made me an every day customer and I really hope the company understands that’s a thing! I recommend Scooters to everyone now. Keep up the good work!

Customer service was top tier. The kind lady at the window went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. This was my first time at Scooter’s, but I will be back, just based on the way I was treated. I used the app and it was easy and quick!
