Our dedication to delicious deli sandwiches began in Fresno, California 25 years ago when we took over a little restaurant on Shaw Avenue. After a few years, one restaurant wasn’t enough to meet popular demand so we opened a second location, then a third, and the rest is history. We use only the freshest produce, premium deli meats, and terrific homestyle bread made locally! Our restaurants serve more than just terrific sandwiches – there are also salads, soups, and fabulous french fries (We’re known for them!) and now, yummy cheesecake desserts.

Customer service and food quality sucks. No greeting just demand for order when I was placing order employee kept staring at the door wasn’t paying attention. They don’t know how to make sandwiches seriously they put burnt black chicken on my sandwich. When I spoke to the employee regarding she gave me chicken in little container like seriously how do I put chicken on sandwich now? They don’t have any utensils. I had the worst customer service experience at this location. It’s not the first time. Every time i go there, bad bad customer service. I went there today before 7pm and the two worker both girls, had the chair put on the table at 7pm. Closing time is 8pm. I understand everyone is in hurry to go home but come on at 7pm closing procedure. Are you kidding me. As soon as i walked in, no hello and they were showing me the worst attitude like i made a mistake by walking in the store. No thankyou or anything after i made the payment. Please dont work if you are unable provide decent customer service. I am not asking the workers to ask me how am i and hows my day extra but at least dont make your customer feel like they are making mistake by walking in the store HOUR before closing. I hope the owner/manager reads this review and takes appropriate steps to correct this . Customers are essential part of the business and without them the business will close.

I’ve been to the Deli Delicious in my home town and enjoy eating there. It’s a little pricey but it really is a high end sandwich that’s worth the price. At this location my 12 inch sub had a $3 added charge which I didn’t think to ask about until after I’d already paid. The cashier was unsure as well and had to look. I was charged $3 dollars (that’s 20% on a $15 sandwich) for honey mustard. The sandwiches were good and the staff were pleasant, I just wanted to warn other people to be careful which dressing you choose. Had I been warned ahead of time, there is absolutely no way I would have paid extra for dressing!

The Tri tip 6 inch with Jack cheese was fire the fries were very crispy and not drenched in fry oil. Got myself a starry and mixed some lemonade. For a first time experience this food place here is definitely something to go writing home about. I have seen some complaints of 1 star from others but Idk how those can even be valid.
My food was amazing and filling as heck. The only complaint I had was the service did move a bit slow but the two young ladies Paisley and another young lady idk why I can’t remember the name when they both told me before I left about 40 minutes ago. The wait was worth it cause my food was great. These 2 young ladies were on a gah dang roll putting out food like that.
I will be coming back in the near future.
