Before I get started, I just want to say. I love Pizza Hut’s food. Now I visited this location twice. The night before, I arrived at the location at 8:33 pm. I stood at the counter for 2 or 3 minutes before this nice older lady came and took my order. The first thing out the shift lead or manager’s mouth was. We stop taking orders at 8:40. The older lady defused the situation and told her I was standing there before hand and continued to take my order. I was unaware I needed to move money around on my accounts. So, I had to cancel my order. The next day, I ordered online and as you will know. You do have the option to pay online so I did. Then I went down to the same location. Once again I had to wring their little doorbell that they have sitting on the counter. It still took one or two minutes for someone to come take my order or acknowledge my existence. I was not greeted with anything but are you placing an order or? I told her I was picking up an order and gave her my name. Mind you, I already paid. She promptly told me you have something on your card. I’m thinking I’m just confirming the total. Low and behold, the tip menu pops up. I looked at her because I have never had someone ask for a tip. I went ahead and did it; however, she didn’t give me any eating utensils or napkins. Now the problem is not the tip. The problem is how are you going to fix your mouth to ask someone for a tip but not even attempt to give basic customer service. I didn’t even get a have a good day even after I tipped. I ordered a pasta, garlic cheese bread (that was under cooked), and a three meat melt. I guess I suppose to eat the pasta with my hands. Regardless, I will not be returning to this location.

The new manager really cares. I love coming in and seeing her. Was there yesterday for lunch. Meant to post, forgot til I passed this morning. Absolutely loved my food. She is super friendly and food is done less than 15 minutes. Koodos to yall getting ppl that care.

I placed an order for a Big Dinner Box for my co-workers and I using Doordash. I waited about 45 minutes to 1 hour to show up to ensure my order was definitely ready. When I arrived I was told them don’t make Doordash orders due to Dashers not showing up?
I do not work for Doordash I am a paying customer who now has to sit for 20+ minutes to get my food.

The workers have the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. The female working on the night of 03/08/2025 was somewhat tolerable although she constantly complained about being understaffed like that’s my problem or any other customers. She proceeded to tell every walk in customer that didn’t have a pickup order that it would be a minimum of 45 minutes to get a pizza. It gets better. The male member on staff was intolerable. He would throw pans around in the back; as if he was trying to make as much racket as possible. It honestly scared me. The only other member—the male—couldn’t help any of the guests while finding time to mop during the 9:30 PM “rush.” I think their time would be better spent elsewhere because they suck at making pizzas and obviously hate their jobs.

Wow.. Spent 20 bucks for wings and teeny pizza, and they will not give me a cup of water while dining in.. they’ll sell a water, but they actually won’t give you any. Screw you pizza hut, you just lost a customer.

I gave it a one because there is no zero. I was nice the first time I visited this restaurant and didn’t write a review. We went to dine in at the Homer, LA location. They don’t have menus and we could not order except through the app, which I had to install first. Food was fine so I let it go. Begin round two. I have a crew to feed and placed an app order. I had to order as a guest because I’m still waiting on the email to reset my password that I made in a hurry last time. I received my confirmation and sent my husband to pick up the order at the designated time. AFTER he left, I get an email that the order did not process. I called the store and even spoke to the manager. He did not see my order and could not duplicate my order at the app prices over the phone. The location price for 1 pizza started at over twice what the app price was. Yes I was panicky, but I was NOT rude. While we were trying to figure out what to do (as I mentioned I have a crew waiting on pizza), his phone went out or he just put me on endless hold. I called back and was, accidentally of course, hung up on. I will never visit or order from this pizza hut again. It will be worth the drive to go to Minden.
