I’m not being at all dramatic when i say this is the best place ever. All year round. My favorites are the bledini. I get the Pumpkin Cheesecake Custard mixed with the Vanilla Italian Ice and Pumkin Creme. I also loveeeeee the Cityon Candy Bledini!!

This was a nice experience. After eating lunch at the next door Daylight Donuts we decided to go to Rita’s for dessert. Lots of dessert, icees, smoothies, ice cream options. My son loved the cotton candy ice, my daughter loved the soft serve vanilla sundae. The service was wonderful, the restaurant is clean and spacious. It’s easy to find parking. Smaller kids portions are available too.

Always a good experience here. Ritas hooked my kids up a few years ago with BOGOs and I think we are down to our last one but it is great to stop in 2+3 times a year. $6 for a shake or Italian Ice is doable when you buy it with a deal. Great service and they are always helpful.

Wasn’t a fan of the taste or texture of the custard. Not sure how else to describe it than “empty”? It wasn’t like any Rita’s custard I’ve personally ever gotten (much smaller, and didn’t have the dense texture that custard has). It was basically a soft serve ice cream cone.

I had a really disappointing and honestly gross experience at the Rita’s Ice Cream in Hilliard. I ordered a brownie ice cream. The first worker gave me a brownie ice cream that was completely frozen, another worker just grabbed my brownie with her BARE HANDS.NO GLOVSE.!!!!held it for a moment, and then wiped her fingers on her clothes before continuing to touch my food again—STILL WITHOUT GLOVES. That was extremely unhygienic, disgusting and unacceptable.

I lost my appetite and ended up tossing the whole thing. Really hope management sees this and addresses basic food safety and cleanliness with their staff. I won’t be going back.
