Beyond ridiculous I ordered spaghetti with mushrooms and it was basically all mushrooms, it was watery because their spaghetti sauce is disgusting! The salad cucumbers and black olives tasted like, if you pulled out a salad after two days of it being in the fridge and ate it, like BADDDD. What in the hell! After working 1O wicked hours, I didn’t desire this. Last time ever!

Spent $50 for my order to be wrong. I should have checked before I left but trusted them. Got home and found out it was wrong. Called and was told I could bring the food back to replace.. So I get to drive back for a swap with no compensation. Pizza was wrong.. fries were wrong.. Calzone wasn’t correct ..(, maybe they thought the Calzone was correct but it wasn’t). Think this order will be my last and I’ve ordered there often. Shame.. Sorry just doesn’t cut it anymore.

I made a simple order a larger pepperoni pizza no sauce the person who took my order ask me no sauce i said yes just cheese and pepperoni but when the delivery came the pizza had sauce all they said was am sorry were not able to do a refund or nothing when it was there mistake

This is the third time I am changing my review. Taking it down from 2 star to 1. Ordered 2 cheesesteaks with no onion, and without even asking the lady over the phone said “just to confirm I’m going to read it back to you” and she did in fact read back no onion. Got the hoagies, went back home, and both had onion. Called up and the lady said she was going to check the order to see if it said no onion and said that it did- then proceeded to ask us to read it off on our receipt even though she just did??? Told her it was ridiculous and that I just want the hoagies with no onion and that we would want it delivered since we were already home. After an hour I called back and she told me they can’t deliver but we can come pick them up. I was like?? And you weren’t going to call and tell me? They’ve been sitting there and I have fries here at home that I only got to eat with my hoagie? So I asked for my money back, to which she said her “supervisor” said no. This was all after repeated failed attempts at being consistent. Definitely done with this place.

Listen the problem is they never give you the same product Everytime ….We ordered a steak stamboli with mushrooms , onion and peppers with cheese ….And two salads well the dressing only had vinegar no oil ,,Second the stamboli had no cheese or peppers not at all why ? No more ordering till they get stuff right …

Everyone has their own experience I guess judging by other comments, but my fiancé and I started getting from here more often and haven’t seen or experienced anything negative or off-putting. Cheesesteaks and hoagies are the go to, fries are great, everything tastes amazing. People are friendly, always nice. The only downside is that it is a little pricey, so I cant really justify getting it as much as I’d like to. I was going to add pics of the food but it’s already eaten so maybe next time if I remember

absolutely atrocious, amateurish, and absurd.
ordered a veggie sub with sweet peppers and mushrooms. now, i’ve been vegan for many years and never realized that a pepperoni was a vegetable! so, after nearly vomiting we called to ask if we can get it replaced. “can’t you just pick it off?” no, doesn’t work that way…
well, the woman on the phone didn’t know what to do. she said she had to call the manager and would call us right back. so, 20 minutes later when she didn’t call back we called them back. the manager didn’t answer, apparently, but she has a baby and nobody else has the authority to correct an improperly made order.
so 10 minutes later, the woman calls back and said they made another one… would have preferred a refund, maybe even an apology, but was offered neither. replacement was it. we asked if they can deliver it. nope, the delivery guy wasn’t there. so my wife walks up to get it. was this one right? we’ll never know. the delivery driver—who wasn’t there—reappeared and took it who-knows-where.
with apparent carte-blanche to correct mistakes now, the woman authorizes a third attempt. third time is the charm, after all, right?
not so much. my final product… lettuce, onion and a single tomato slice on bread. by this point it was after 10:00, so it was pretty much a lost cause with nothing gained but the the resolve to just go to francesco’s next time.

Food was horrible I ordered the chicken and broccoli Alfredo and the noodles were like mush and had no flavor. And onto of all that I waited for like 45 minutes for my food and it wasn’t worth the wait at all people don’t waste your time the best part of all of it was my Diet Pepsi..

Third time my family ordered for delivery and third it took over an hr. I understand that customer service and the hospitality industry is difficult. I worked it for years. However when you say that my food is sitting there ready after I call you back in our later and it hasn’t left yet and then it shows up at my house another half hour later no I’m not paying for that and no I’m don’t care if you blacklist on ordering. I literally had time to go put money in the bank after making the phone call to cancel the order and then go to burger king place in order for six people and have half the order by the time the delivery woman arrived.

Fried ravioli are a constant favorite of mine. I ordered the small pepperoni stromboli, which was delicious. My only gripe is there was so much grease. It actually started to leak out of the pizza box it was packaged in. I’d love it if it gets packaged with something under it to help absorb all the grease.
