I’m a frequently buyer from Dynasty but tonight I felt I had to leave a review. I ordered online and went in to pick up my food, the staff is extremely respectful and kind as always. As I’m heading home I get a call that they forgot a part of my order and asked if I could come back. Upon returning the owner was there with a complimentary soda and my food ready to walk it out to my car. I love this place and recommend them to all my friends 🙂

I just ordered takeout. Food looks great. However the delivery driver was very insistent for a tip. The exchange wasn’t particularly rude but it was just odd and made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand wanting a tip but to ask me three times about it? Never ordering from here again just from this exchange.

Great food at great prices. I usually take my son there with me, who loves to open and close their door. The staff is so nice, offering him a blow pop every time he comes…he has yet to accept the offer; his teeth are better than mine! There is no seating – take out only.

Burnt and no filling, shrimp fried rice had no flavor at all and only 4 shrimp -_- and to top it all off they didn’t give me everything I ordered in my delivery so they can scam us basically!
SMH by far the worst Chinese food in Torrington believe me! I’ve tasted around and Hong Kong, moon star & china star are WAYYYY better, dynasty isn’t even on the list.

Ordered chicken curry and chicken and broccoli from here. It was gross. The chicken was slimy and the rice seemed old. New Star is soo much better. Never getting Dynasty again.

We ordered on line and did not receive simple white rice. We called to let them know that we did not receive the rice and would like them to make it good by then bringing us the rice. They refused to bring it to us and did not offer any apologies either. They lost a customer over such a simple fix.
